You’ll never out exercise a poor diet, but you can definitely try. I’m a huge believer in a healthy balance. Monday to Friday I eat well and train hard, and Saturday to Sunday, I am human. I love Pizza, beer and burgers, but moderation is key. I believe the barbell is the best medicine, because if you’re stronger than what activities of daily life require, then you’re going to have a good day. Don’t judge, never forget where you come form, be yourself, learn new tricks and live happily every after.
Trekking Nepal: Three Passes Trek, Two +6,000m Summits and One Earthquake Resilient Classroom
A little context before departing for Nepal for my fourth trip. Attempting to scale the Three Passes Trek, Lobuche East (6,119), Island Peak (6,189m) and raise $37,500 AUD to build an Earthquake Resilient Classroom in remote Nepal.

I had a swing lesson 9 days ago, three things I’m now working on; (1) low hands, (2) take away outside, and (3) quiet feet. I feel like a beginner again.

@@realchungy619 love the support Chung! See you soon brother.
Sadly the sublime point track is closed. Thank you for your video .
Been a member at yowani for a year. Its bizarre seeing no water between 16th and 17th
No signs of drought now!
hi~~👋👋2 LIKE👏👏good👍👍 🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝see you again^^
👍🏼
Hi James I just wondering do you think is it a good idea doing that walk in just in a day or better with overnight?
Hi - it depends on your fitness level and walking goals. In my opinion - you could walk it in a day but you wouldn’t take much of the scenery in. Also, as the walk starts with a boat if you are late you loose an hour. I like camping so taking my time and having an over night stop was great. 27kms - if you’re fit it’s a longish day; but you’ll survive.
Thank you James 😊
@@xxxxxx6873 You're most welcome. Thanks for the comments.
Nicely filmed , nice swing also . All your full swing's looked to be either a push right or a push cut , statically a square club face at address will cause your club face to be slightly open when swinging to a target as your hands will always lead through the hitting zone . A slightly closed face at address or a stronger grip with hands leading will have a square club face through the ball , ask your pro about it or experiment yourself at the range.
Daniel Haskell cheers for the tip, absolutely everything is a push fade here. I experimented on the range the day after this, focussed on releasing the club, and started getting a baby draw on the starting line. I recently have been seeing a pro, with the new setup, and more body rotation focus, I think my hands got passive. Playing today, we’ll see how it goes.
ROFL. Keep it coming.
Every Thursday kids!
Maybe consider using shot tracer? It would give your videos a little more interest. You have a great swing, I’d love to see what the ball is doing too!! Keep it up playa!! Nice video👍🏻👍🏻⛳️⛳️
PacForeTravel Ok challenge accepted, next video I make, I’ll try shot tracer for tee and approach shots, thank you for the feedback playa.
Hey playa nice vlog! This has really opened my eyes to your style of golf over there. I’ve never seen greens that were made of sand before super interesting. Keep it up playa great job!!👍🏻👍🏻⛳️⛳️
PacForeTravel thanks playa! There are not many golf courses around with Sand Greens, our course is volunteer maintained, and we have 10-15 regular playing members. Every time I go home to play it’s like stepping back in time.
Nice work man! Are you trying to start up more golf vlogs?
Colin Ross I’ll try for one a month. I’m pretty tied up with work.
I was confused: why are the trees burgeon.... cause it's down under! yowani.com.au/golf/ :-) Cool Video James.
Haha - I played yesterday - we are in drought the course looks nothing like this any more.
Top vid!
Thanks Brent! Happy watching :)
Nice work, I'm looking at doing this walk. probably wait till October though. cheers.
Did you end up doing the walk?
Great job. You captured the atmosphere perfectly warts & all. It's a very difficult walk even on the best days but if you're up for a challenge go for it. You even managed to show a bit of Werrong Beach from the lookout & getting down there is an effort in itself. Well done.
Awesome views!
goin tomorrow...
Wow!!! What an amazing video!! I absolutely loved it all! Can not wait to go myself!!!
Thank you for coming along today; you're one of the few who chose to make a difference. Let me know when you're going to Nepal and I'll see if I can come :)
Good job on your trek. Feel sorry for you for not having water.
Christmasssss....
Its crazy how happy the graphic makes me...
That's my pop at 2:25 😂😂😂
That's uncanny mate. Thanks for watching.
Hahahahahahha that eye is hideous!!!
:) Love you too. That guy is hilarious.
Love the Goats sweetheart x
Hey when we training??/?!!!
Did you feel the earthquake?
These posts are delayed by 18 days. I got home home Nepal 4 days ago. Shocking news, but I am safely back in Australia. My heart goes out to all in Nepal.
Amen
Go Jimmy Go!!! That's my boiii!!!!
Thanks Doug! Stay hungry my Brazilian friend! And... start wearing those Budgy Smugglers!
Great effort Tatsy! Been kind of doing the same lately, trying stuff I haven't done in a while and see how strong I can get. 135 on the squat and 170 on the deadies. I think ramping sets goes the trick for me. Re testing in 4 weeks! No filming though haha
James Tatham probably around 67 lol. Yeah dunno, maybe I should, bit of an introvert when it comes to filming my lifts. Not as brave as you!
Strong lifting, making it look easy
Thanks for the feedback, the struggle is real.
Very well done James. Take care. luv you.
I'm coming to watch the next one :)!
You're more than welcome Nicola :) You're in next year!
Great work man! 5/6 is an awesome result. Get your number 1 subscriber to hold the cam for you when you vlog :P
Cheers Tyson, I'm a real rookie at the Vlogging! How come you withdrew from the comp?
James Tatham Knee injury :(
Tyson Edwards I hope it's not too serious - what's the damage?
James Tatham tendinosis maybe, some kind of overuse injury. I'll give it two weeks and go from there.
You're legend Mr. J!! Good work!!!
Doug you're my first comment - you're a legend!
Thanks Joel, we really like that carbon tax and the mining tax. 2,000 more unemployed since it was introduced in the Hunter. Singleton alone now has 450 vacant houses for rent... that's a god sign isn't it Joel !
I just shed a tear for Monty Python. That was horrible.
umm :s
That's so funny!
