"Death leaves a heartache no one can heal; love leaves a memory no one can steal"
Are we truly standing here as a school to pay tribute to our beloved brother, friend, and colleague, Christian Kofi Atsu Apaloo? Something so devastating has happened that we cannot stop weeping. a dark cloud loomed over the Volta Region on the evening of Sunday, June 30th, 2024, which became apparent to many close friends of Christian Atsu Apaloo on July 1st, 2024.
This cloud was news of Christian's sudden illness. Prayers were offered by men of God on staff, hoping for divine intervention. Yet, on the evening of Wednesday, July 3rd, 2024, darkness enveloped ANSECO when the heartbreaking question arose: "Is it true that Mr. Apaloo is no more?"
We all prayed the answer would be no, but after several calls, the sad news was confirmed. What a disaster! It is so much darker when the light goes out than it would have been if it had never shone. A bright light went out in the Ghana Education Service in the Volta Region, bringing incomprehensible darkness.
