Good video with walk thru.
Good job man
Quality job bro
excellent job bro
what do u mean when u say high suction
High suction pressure. The rack wasn’t maintaining suction set point.
Great video brother. Please keep them coming
Good video
TD,time to dance
😹😹😹
So the pilot line is where the oil returns to the resoivior
Yes eveytime the float opens
Who doesn't love the EZ calls? Good job Bro, be safe.
💯✊🏾
It looks like you need to get your Class A License. You will do well out here in the field as a business owner.
Johnnie ✊
Dude that belt technique @3:40 that is useful! Be safe and nice troubleshooting my man
Great video brother 💯💯💯💯💯, I m learning some good tips
Good video man. Thank you.
You almost killed it..
You work for source refrigeration? A COOLSYS company? … I work for a CoolSys company on the east coast as well… they buying every refer company in the states
Naw
Just getting into this field and all this looked really interesting.
Perhaps I missed it, but did you check each of the four heaters individuallyy inside the coil or just measure the total amp draw from outside the WI? Thanks for the ride along.
What up ✊ I checked amps and did a visual
Man those Publix racks are a dream compared to Walmart. Didnt realize how spoiled I was working on them. Love the videos man! Great content.
Thank for the knowledge, I've heard techs talk about this. Never done it, I'm gonna try it next time Great video!
Wich package unit you prefer trane or carrier ?
Carrier
Thanks for keeping that short and simple.
Boyles law is only one law. There are a few more that need to be followed.
TD is important over filters also,
First video of yours I've seen. Awesome service call, and great explanation of process. Audio was awesome too, especially in such a noisy environment. Definitely subscribed after that.
Was your oil separator line feeding reservoir not feeding? Usually if lines cold you know it’s not feeding. Just wondering 💭. Great work as always my dude!
Yes it wasn’t feedinghad no choice but to drop it
Good work, never seen a solenoid stick like that on hot/ kool gas.
Do you pull vacuum on the areas you isolate and open up? If I missed it I apologize
💯
Need a diagram to follow this.
There maybe one out there, that would definitely be a helpful tool.
Great content, I'm a veteran on the trade just bored and seeing what training on youtube is available. I approve and am happy to see you create more content. In depth, informative and accurate. Love it.
Appreciate you checking 👊
Really liked the video I still have a-lot of cases i service with electric defrost hate when they ice up water hose time to clear them
Great video 💯💯💯💯
Great video 💯💯💯💯💯
in a pinch if the oil float isnt feeding oil you can force discharge gas from compressor into the bottom of the oil seporator and get oil feeding until you get back with the parts .
I tried to back flush it first and no luck
@@Bluecollarrebel i like your channel bud. i thought about starting a rack refrigeration channel but i got enough work to do already.lol
@@scottriddle5468 Thanks I hear you when start the channel let me know
good trouble shooting bro
im in s.c. by the way.
Fla
hey blue collar i seen that sheet on the equipment said EXCELL REFRIGERATION on the bottom. thats who i work for. what state do you live in?
Good tip
Nice vid man, Is there any specific reason you were charging from the evaporator and not the plantroom? Is it so the gas boils of a little bit and doesn't flood the comps?
That's a good way to look at it, but I only added the refrigerant at the evaporator, so I didn't half to carry all them tanks up to the roof at 5am in the morning. That's A Great Question 💪
You are truly dedicated to this trade to go out at 3 in the morning the store definitely need some preventive maintenance but some of these grocery stores don't want to pay for it and this is the result 35 years ago I used to take care of 17 supermarkets we were on top of them to make sure everything that we could possibly do to prevent emergency calls made our lives a lot easier and only an act of God got us out of bed thank you
You definitely have to half have thick skin to do this type of work. 💪
Well done sir 👏
Informative video Just One Note this is only a Copeland compressor different compressor manufacturers have different ranges of pressure net oil but the process is correct thank you for the video
Correct 💯 Copeland Compressors Normal Operating Differential Range Is 20-40 PSI. Anything Below 9 PSI For 120sec Will Cause Oil Pressure Control/ Sentronic To Trip Out On Low Pressure. "Thanks Again" Hector 💪
I regret not getting into commercial, 12 years of resi and got burnt out
Just bumped into your videos excellent reference for the young mechanics that are out there, just a small point are any humming contactor should be replaced if the store had a maintenance type of schedule there will be so many issues and you wouldn't have to be coming out at 2 in the morning just for a contactor keep the videos coming thank you
Great input 👊 I can't believe the Conditions I find some of these systems in so I try not go on a rant about all the negative things I see in the video's to be political correct. But I notify management of my findings.
nice video. what a bad location for ball valves.
great explanation man keep em coming
Thanks 💪
Great video. Keep them coming. Going to share this with some newbie coworkers that are having a hard time grasping this info. Great job!!!
Thanks. 💪 I appreciate that I thought this would be a cool videos to help out my blue collar brother's and sisters across the w🌏rld.
Thank you again for teaching, its very helpful to watch your videos and very instructive as well, God Bless for all this . Thank you
Thanks Sal. I appreciate it. Have a bless weekend 🍻
where did you go to school?
UA-cam Certified 🏅🏅
@@Bluecollarrebel lol i love it. prosser tech school for me.
To be honest I'm from Palm Beach Florida. I went the local apprenticeship program at the state college. Ran by Steve Sparks. Great Guy🏅
@@Bluecollarrebel your doing well keep up the good work!!!
SORRY I know I'm nitpicking. But you can't cool or heat air or anything else for that matter. You can only move energy from one place to another place. Imo that is the true core of understanding refrigeration. Again sorry for being me😞
At least you get the picture 👊 your just Keeping it 💯 as always.💪
