im pretty sure the mod is called "chatting" its because on his 3rd chimera drop (probs others too but i havent checked yet) it says "chatting" as the heading i also have this mod and i think its made by like My-Name-Is-Jeff? im not entirely certain about it but if you keep searching you will find it eventually :) i think the way that i got it was getting skyclient (you can search it up its safe) and then in one of the modpack things the mod "chatting" is in there you can just download the mods then just take chatting out but if its not necessary sorry about the long reply haha
