Vocal Range Check - Soprano and Alto
Переглядів 43 тис.4 роки тому
Hey folks! Firstly, I apologize for how deplorably out of tune my piano is... Secondly, welcome to my channel! I created this video to help my students (soprano, alto, and unchanged) check and track their vocal range. I will be uploading another soon for Tenor/Bass ranges, as well. -all images of musical notes are my own-
Kobilka's Vocal Warm-Up
Переглядів 17 тис.11 років тому
A morning warm-up for basses, sopranos, and everyone in between. The words for the final exercise are "Many mumbling mice are making merry music in the moonlight, mighty nice."
Should we men descend from C3, as women do from C4?
A2 to G#5
F2 - B5 - E7 including whistle note F2 was fry note E5 - B5 falsetto B5 - E7 whistle do you think Am i contraalto ?
B2 to E6 ❤
3:09
D3 lowest and i could’ve kept going higher than the piano haha
Im Eb3 to D6.. what am i? Anyone can help?
I'm at C3 - E6 today. I'm starting music school/vocal lessons in September so I'm interested to see how it changes.
D5 is my highest
My actual rang is A2 to B7. Where were my notes? Neil Grossbard
I'm a male and my lowest is D2 my highest is B5 (falsetto)
the note I work on is B4 that is my break
My range is E-3 to D6! So I guess I’m a Mezzo-Soprano?
I normally stop at bF2 (you called it bf1). I hit your lowest note. My chest goes to G5 (as usual). My falsetto goes to B7 where were you?
B2 (lowest)to E6 (highest). I’m a dramatic soprano btw 💛
C3 - D#6 WHat does it mean
I don’t need your vidéos you face People never send me your videos
I've started taking singing lessons quite recently and my whole vocal range goes from G#2 up to D#7. However, I'd say my comfortable lowest note is C3, maybe B2. It's really easy for me to hit high notes up to B6, but I'd say that my comfortable highest note in chest voice would be maybe a G#4.
So if your low note is Bb2 and your highest note is C5, what would I be considered? Class. Baritone, tenor, etc…
All of them, and also probably alto. Maybe soprano, but idk what that tops out at 🎉
I went to G2 at vocal fry and up to F5 in head voice. My break when belting in a dark tone is a B4, and when I’m just singing comfortably it’s about a F#4 when I’m fully warmed up. I’m a very wide ranged baritone or some could consider me a tenor
D#6 is about how high I can go and G♭3 is about how low I can go but both need a little improvement sustainability-wise.
I have no sound at all after B5 no matter I practice.
E2
Why did i wtach this? my range is F2 - F4
Hi
b2 to b5
Me too am a male but I have a very high ranged soprano
Db3 to C#6 Can someone tell me what range that is?
me hitting that c3: oh my god then realizing i have a cold. normally my voice beginns cracking at a f3 but when i'm sick i can hit lower notes... idk
but the intro tho wait why am i here
Bruh, I cannot not even sing the first 3 notes of the soprano part haha
How high can you belt
in chest i can go from d2 to e4 comfortablly (i can do f its just not pretty), and up to d5 in falsetto!
🙌🎶💫🌻🌟
I’m able to get F#1-C#4 in chest and a B4 in falsetto
E2 was lowest. A4 highest in chest voice. E5 in falsetto
Db3-F6
Db3 - D#6
I’m pretty out of practice these days … I used to sing in a heavy rock band… I just gave this a go and my lowest was B1 highest D#6 …. I’m not sure exactly where my chest break was … as I can’t really tell when or where I am mixing …. But would be really interested to know !
What is B2 to A5?
Still projecting with ease at A1; my head voice tops out at D#5, with falsetto to C#6.
Full range recorded (no weird techniques (ok, maybe I used a little bit of whistle)): A1-C#7 Chest range: A1-C5 (barely) Usable: C#2-A4 Mix range: F4-D5 (This is where my break is strangely) Useable: G4-C#5 Falsetto Range: G#4-C6 Useable: G#4-A#5 Whistle Range: C6-C#7 Useable: None cause I hate whistle and suck at it. Full Useable Range: C#2-A#5 (Spooky Techniques) None of them are useable cause they're hella quiet unstable af. Also, not quite "full voice" Subharmonics: C#2-C#1 Chest-Fry: D2-Ab0 Fry: Eb2-???? (Definitely somewhere in the 0 or possibly negative octave?) Inhale: D6-???? (Same as fry) FULL Full Range: (Definitely)Ab0-C#7 Not trying to flex or anything... lol
this is mental illness
i got down past A1 (G1) in chest-fry mix and down to Bb1 ish in full chest. at about C4/Db4 was my break and i got up to F#4 in falsetto
F3-G6 (^o^)
i got A5 in falsetto , My highest chest voice C5 , My lowest note B1
impossible, the B1 can't be in chest or so it's in chest fry or fry or growl if you can reach C5 in chest. Because even barytone can have the C5 in chest, it's chesty mix or mix voice
Lowest was C2, Highest chest voice F4. Falsetto to G5 tessitura: G2-C4
Can u please tell me my natural singing scale
My Range is Bb2-E6 (including flassetto) can y'all help me find my voice type???
OK MY VOCAL RANGE IS SO WERID! So the lowest I can sing is a F3 but the highest is a C6. But sometimes I can hit the c6 but then in’s one days I can only sing one below…? WHO AM I?
Range of a typical bass is between E2 - E4. Low normal up to D2 is considered. From C2 it can already be considered deep bass. Going much deeper, it already enters the realm of dramatic deep bass (super deep). Singing basses, baritone basses pick up above E2, going all the way up to A5.
