Squid Game | Needle & Dalgona | Kids Game | Woodworking
Переглядів 2663 роки тому
Hi there everyone! I decided to make a simple puzzle version of the Dalgona from the Squid Games series on Netflix. Its a really easy and quick make and definitely isn't perfect. Disclaimer: My kids do not know what Squid Game is and this is a purely random puzzle to them! I do not recommend or endorse squid games as something to be shown to under 18s at all!

brilliant work
Add dirt to get a weathering look 😊
How much was the final build cost?
Did you get it finished?Enjoyed your videos.
Love it!
Great job! I am looking for something similar. Did you had to do planning permission?
amazing
Do you think this could be made to be an outside table on some decking ?
Idea... well first you'll need to make sure the woods good from the weather, then the light needs to be ip65 i think... the only thing that worry me is the mirror film... you'll have to see if there's an outside one
Dude! This is absolutely awesome! Can you recommend the best place to buy wood in the UK? Really £600 plus £100 for slide. I tried to cost up at wicks and came out way more expensive. any advice would be amazing. Cheers buddy.
@@AdamKellyProductions this was a while ago... so cost might have gone up... but look for lumber yards in your area. Wicks, b&q and other places like that have awful wood and cost a fortune
Amazing thanks for the reply and the great tip.
What are the measurements of the table that you made?
Any update?
Sir front Glass name
Can they build on top of this or do they need permission to see if the floor underneath is Ok?
Fok incredible job dude u make my day
Do you take custom commissions?
depends what for?
I’m making one for the ceiling of my van
Fantastic. I've got to make the same for my daughter's wedding. What size gauge mesh did you use ?
thank you i think it was 2inch
@@WizsWoodwork sorry, I meant the thickness of the wire so I don't end up with something flimsy. Where did you buy it from?
@@kinhell66 oh im not sure, i think i bought it online somewhere... sorry i don't remember
Fantastic job. Really great
How long did it take you to dismantle it all in real time bro?
not long about 2 hours i think... our biggest issue was trying to take the windows out... being inexperienced in this i don't know what i was going
@@WizsWoodwork ah nice one mate, not too long then! I'm just about to do the same as you! 🙏🏼
@@jt_uk_ good luck putting it back up, label all your bits!! don't do what i did n just chuck it in a van!! haha hope you have a better time putting it up mine was a nightmare due to needing to leval my garden
@@WizsWoodwork I'm using it to make a glass partition wall inside in a straight line, instead of a normal stud wall, so shouldn't hopefully be that bad! Fair play on the effort though mate, you grafted!
That's really cool! I loved it! ❤
You could have used one of those bar clamps as a fence for the router. Maybe next time🙂
Wants it to look like a mineshaft and then raises the whole thing of the floor 🤣
How long did it take you ?
Well I've had a lot of work around the build... so about a 2 years but the conservatory only took about a week... thats only cos I had no idea what I was doing and going back n forth on ideas and ways to approach
Nice job mate.
That’s badass amazing work
Awesome. Make me one
If you use a two way mirror on the bottom as well, there won’t be that gap you can see in the ladder.
Stupid question but is the glass on top film/mirror side down or up?
Your skills might be good but fancy making a youtube channel when you can't even speak properly. My kids all stopped saying "free" instead of three, and "wiv" instead of with, way before they even started nursery.
i think of this table everyday
could you put a cutting sheet down like dimensions and length width etc of watch piece?
Excellent Tip. If short on clamps, use a straight timber to cover the entire distance then distribute your clamps evenly throughout
Have you rebuilt it yet?
Great video brother I'm about to start one soon as I'm done here. Thank you
Any update?
Its venetian glass on top
What tools were you using ??
Hi! How did you get the too metal panels off that are immediately above the doors and windows behind where the guttering would have been before you removed it? Were they bolted from the top or the bottom?
Bottom i believe
Useless video. Waste of time as you dont show up close.
How would I get the measurements for this?
Harga
I love this🙌 it just inspires so many ideas - BRILLIANT!
Genialidade Very Nice beathiful. Brazil 😅
For the top piece of glass, which side of the glass does the film go on, and do I put mirror side facing down or up?
not sure if you'll reply in time but im starting a project inspired by this and love the videos so thank you! I'm stuck on some more of the fundamental parts eg making the bases. Did you just do a long screw (saw from other comments it's a Hex) through the end of the grain, and not a pocket type angled? I've read they're stronger but i saw you put your weight on the cross beams, so it's obviously pretty strong regardless :D Would you recommend pcket screws, im debating buying a jog to do those
These was huge screws from screwfix i wouldn't use pocket holes its not very strong there was no fancy joinery involved in the build
@WizsWoodwork awesome, good to know! thank you, I'll do the same. One more quick question, did you put the base squares just on the grass/ground. did the timbers hold up? mine is in a wet area as we're on a hill so one garden is adjacent to a higher and lower garden etc so water flows across. I'm concerned mine may rot and maybe should build it on a slab on each corner or similar to raise it an inch or two above ground. Just wondered if you had any longevity issues with the base?
Ignore my other comment! I watched it back and realised 2 or 3 of our corners you'd used slabs/rock to level up and also remove contact from the ground. I'll do similar, i think I'm overthinking it a bit. 3/4 of mine is on old slabs and im going to remove a tiny bit of grass and pea gravel that@@WizsWoodwork Thank you so much again for the inspiration, i really like you mild mannered calm voice and explanations! Will be watching more vids :D hope you're still making content, it's awesome!
may I ask what the height from 1st floor to the top of the 'railing' height is? I'm doing a similar project to your design (but just one tower) and unsure what height to make the railings.

Where do you get the custom coin made you put on the outside
One way mirror…?
Looks amazing! Where did you find that lamp?
Awesome work and very good effect.. Two things really: 1. The bottom mirror should have the mirror-layer (aluminium-vapoured onto the glass)) at the top of the glass, although a bit harder to find, this would improve the effect mainly the continuing of the ladder, now there are some seperations at the glass. 2. The conduit-bracket should be cut in half to improve the effect as well, fixing it tightly to the bottom mirror.
