Although this video being a joke about Yu-Gi-Oh players reading skills, if you came from the Steam discussion it was posted on you know the context behind it. A lot of people there will just say "you are delusional and don't know how statistics works" while they are using very consistent and optimized competitive decks to back it up. When in reality if you shuffle the same deck in real life you will hardly get those perfect hands you see in Master Duel all the time. In reality Master Duel basically guarantees that 95% of the time you will start the duel with at least one steple handtrap in your hand or some specific card of your deck. Comically enough, sometimes people will simple draw multiple of their steple at once and brick because of that. But of course, meta players will always overlook this phenomenon as bad lucky, because they are always using top tier very optimized decks. But if you someone using more than 60 cards, slower and custom decks, and still getting very good hand and convenient starters most of the time, then you figure out that there is obviously something very fishy going on with the sorting system of this game.

😂😂. Complete F2P player bruh, never spent a single dime in this game. This is 20k of pure free Lunacy. In fact at some point I had 40k by farming the campaign and maintenance rewards alone. But spent most of it on the last Walpurgis Night. Not bad for someone who started playing the game on June of this year huh? But I had above average luck on my pulls. However, I'm considering getting the Battle Pass at the near end of this season or next season to collect some EGOs because I barely have any. Not sure why you're mad about this video though. I made it to prove the point you don't need over the top IDs to beat content in the game like some like to preach. It is not my fault if you like to push misinformation on people without knowing how to properly use the game mechanics and characters.

I can imagine what you talking about 😂. This video is kinda old though. Some time later they released some quality of life updates that added extra camera and lock on settings, and also less restrictive binds customization.

@@lflintx I’m not a speed runner either lol. I just get into these ruts where I play one game for forever and I’m currently on kh2.5 so I’ve played through the story a bunch of times just for kicks. I also ground the data organization to max out my stats cause I have nothing better to do with my time 😅

Mostly correct. If you stay on a determined distance from him and immobile he will always try to loop around and hit from the back, until he reaches a determined HP threshold and then start only dashing straight in front of you, until the second HP threshold where he start doing the combo assault. However, if you are moving around or performing other actions, he will dash straight or around randomly, probably relative to the distance you are from him. About the timing to hit reflega, it is just as he stop moving to cover all the attacks, but you can always hit 2 in a chain for safety, and also deal more damage in process. However by doing so, there is a chance he will change to a different attacks in response to the damage he took. I guess either because the knockback he receives makes you cancel his retreat move to get back and goes to the next attack prompt in the A.I queue, which is determinated by his now close distance to you. Or because you filled his hidden retaliation/counter meter (that all bosses have) to a point which forces him to use certain moves.

@@justintagarao4641 I think I saw somewhere someone who did a video that covers all the girls moveset, with explanations and everything. Now if you mean just cool gameplay footage and editing featuring them I don't think I could do much better than what there is already around. I'm pretty decent in the game yes, but I am not in the same level of those people who does no damage runs and combo videos. And my editing skills are amateur at best.

@@lflintx the videos you're talking about didn't go into the same detail you did. They didn't even turn on the movelist when supposedly "showcasing" the girls' moves. You broke it down well, even demonstrating the moves in game when you couldn't demo with the dummy. After seeing your videos breaking down the move sets, I naively assumed that was the standard, but when I asked the creator why they didn't even turn on the moveslist, they said 'no resources', which I assume is a 'lost in translation error'.

@justintagarao4641 Hmm, I might rewatch them then. I swear I recalled someone who did a video of them going through move by move and even using slow motion to better show the animations. Not sure about the move list being present on screen though. Since I don't own the Master Collection I dunno if devs removed the command list from that version, so it might be a thing to consider. If I don't find anything, I mighty do it in the future.

@@lflintx I'm playing RE on gamepass and I turn it (the movelist) on and off seamlessly in the middle of play. But even if you don't end up making a video, I just wanted to give you props for your work. They're very detailed breakdowns.

@@shakachiquito4692 No sure the exact details, but I guess you have to complete the story with the character, raise Arena LV30 or something and then the fight will unlock for that character.

@@InTheMindOfDavid Just grind to level 99 then syntheses the best defense gear and defense boosts bruh. You will tank and cheese through everything this way.

Good to know. The tank strat is still useful if you ever come back to beat Critical mode.

Most people who play this game in a more technical way I believe, especially for Critical mode runs. But I personally only use on specific occasions that I know I won't be fast enough at D-Pad. The final Hades Cup against FF characters for instance, Sephiroth, Lingering Will, and some of the Data battles. Even then there are people who are able to play griping the controller in weird different ways like using the analog with their index finger and keep their thumb at the D-Pad, so I think for those people the L2 navigation doesn't make a big difference..

With the power of friendship you can do anything I guess. I used a friend Lobotomy EGO Faust to carry and get through the entire Mansion and the butlers, BL Meursault for the rest, and some other IDs for some fights those 2 couldn't handle. Funny enough I think it was somewhat easier than Canto 5 personally, but I guess it is because I already have a team where most are uptie 4 at this point, and had an alternate upgraded ID for Heathcliff, compared to Canto 5 where I had to bring base Ishmael and barely had any team synergy.

It wasn't though, it took many tries. I almost beaten him once when I had no friend list to rely on with a LV 36- team, got him like 2 hits away from second stagger threshold but that's was pure RGN dependent. I heard that if you have strong blunt IDs this fight is a walk in the park though. That masked Faust with a hammer for instance can pretty much destroy this fight alone.

I finished Canto 5 last night, basically with this exact same party without having to level up anyone. I personally think the dungeons are a bit easier since you can stack affinity on the way and spam EGOs on the bosses to guarantee most clashes. The EGO gifts on the way are a nice boost too. Only Ahab fights took me more than one try.

Sure, I will add you later. I did manage to finish the canto last night but I definitively need some ID variety for Railroad 3. I am stuck at station 6 with my current team and I need some more AoE power and status effects to deal with them.

Couldn't find one or someone with a good blunt ID that accepted friend request. I'm been playing the game for just 1 month. My 2 highest level IDs was Blade Lineage and I was out of XP tickets to level up anyone else and had no one in the friends list 1 day ago. So I sent request to a lot of people but mostly to ones plausible IDs that I could benefit from. Those being BL Meursault and Liu Ass. Ishmael since I had Liu Rodion. I guess most with BL accepted since I have 2 uptie 4 BL IDs to offer. The other users didn't bothered accepting a friend request from a rank 30 account with barely any upgraded and useful level IDs/EGOs. So I had to go with what I had. I did tried some other strong IDs that went duo pretty well in the fight like Peoquoc Captain Ish and Butler Ryō. But like I said they couldn't benefit from any synergy of my strongest party.

Yeah, I almost did it by luck back at LV 36 with both BL DPSs, Faust LV34 and Ish at 32 without at a friend with Yi Sang doing 2 moves instead. However I lost to lack of speed because I didn't used Ish to bind Ricardo. He was like 3 hits away from the second stagger threshold 😭 Then never had another good RGN with targets. Had to grind XP tickets for 2 days before resuming attempts since I had burned all of it and threads at that point.

I think the fight would be pretty doable with a LV35 Healthcliff, Meursault, Faust and Ish though. In previous attempts I was messing a LV30 Mersault and sometimes he could tank 6 hits of Ricardo without getting staggered if you rolled heads on his block. The only problem I was having was filling his sanity up. I did a very poor job leveling the base ID and realized it too late.

Yeah, all the others I had were low level. I have shotgun Ryō at 30 but she would get staggered in a single punch of minions because she is weak to blunt.

I've got the master collection for PS4 and i am loving it. Currently playing Razor's Edge

Only exists in the original Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game along online co-op and PvP. All those features were removed in Master Collection version.

The way the A.I works in this game enemies or bosses will change movesets relative to the distance you are from them, relative to their health bars, in response to specific actions you do, or retaliate with counter moves if they are being attacked in long combos or if they received a number of finishing moves. In this particular fight I didn't moved at the start exactly to prevent him from doing a different move, because if you close enough he will just do one of his base combos. Also, if you use reflect too early you will get hit by the latest part of the his "get back" attack. You either have to wait until the very last moment he starts spinning his chakrans or use more reflects in a row. The reason why I was only using 1 reflect here is because at this point I didn't had enough damage do push his HP threshold without running out of mana and I didn't wanted to use any ethers in this particular fight.

Still not sure if he dumped his Baronne out of pity because he thought the duel was already won, or because he missclicked the effect thinking I activated something to be negated. He also used his trap to destroy Magician's Rod instead of saving it for an obvious Dark Magician or something more dangerous. In each case the fact is that the slightest mistake in this game can cost you the duel.
