Elmina & Rimbayu both are piece of "shxt", but in term of self-sustain development. I will choose Rimbayu over Elmina

In my opinion, i am a bit skeptical to purchase sime darby projects anymore.Went to some of their projects and saw many of the facilities promised to be built not there after handing key to owners. Gym in their projects are VERY SMALL ( around 1k square feet only) for a project that has 800+ residences. Upset by their facilities tbh. IDK why but why place the gym on top of a unit?? that unit gonna be very noisy. But what i can say is their projects is their project's exterior is nice and units are ok. Just the facilities in their projects are the problem. Hope You could visit some of sime darby past project's and give a review. :)

for ownstay, family living might be good la, but if youre buying for investment, for that price, totally no no. i can easily find something near damansara itself

Lack public transports via Desa Parkcity. No MRT station nearby. No good point buy expensive house there.

Wow okay....so I've stayed in an Airbnb here for work trips 2x and I would again, but there are definitely pros and cons. Pros: easy connectivity to the MRT station (with a fruits stall and a minimart). Also those are the only two stores on the way to the MRT but it's okay because you're so near Midvalley / downtown that you can grab breakfast/dinner there before taking the MRT back. Still new enough so facilities are in okay shape. Guards everywhere so there is a minimum level of safety. The gym is nice to have because it's hard to exercise outdoors in the city. Pool too. Cons: I arrived here once at 4am and had to wait until daytime to access my Airbnb. At night, the lobby doors are left open and the aircon turned off, so I kept getting attacked by mosquitoes non-stop for hours even though I had mosquito spray with me that I kept spraying. This screams of saving money and cutting corners. The guards didn't offer help and if you're new to town, you'll just want to get into your Airbnb and get comfortable ASAP...... Those holes in the wood near the pool and gym are concerning. I don't want to fall into a hole..... Lots of transient tourists (I am one too) - no sense of community. Not a family place but just a place for working adults / investment / short stays.
