Dont Buy Busy Software,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, here sharing you our experience ,We have purchased Busy Accounting software Single User version Serial no : xxxxxxxx with name of my proprietor ship company Naik Engineering on 9/02/2018 from synergy peripherals services then we updated this software to use in Dual use mode on date 23/11/2020 from V S Shah Education And Software Pvt Ltd. In this Dual user mode Busy Accounting software is installed on one main Computer and second user can also use this software from a Computer connected in LAN with this main computer . The second computer also need Busy accounting software to be installed in the computer. Now week to ten days before our second computer had some operating system issues so unfortunately we had to remove the installed operating system and had to install a new operating system , so during this we had to remove all of the installed programs in the computer. So after installing a new system we again tried to install Busy accounting software and tried to use this in Dual user mode the wat we were using before but it didn’t work so we called V S Shah Education and Software Pvt Ltd company , they also tried to install and make system work but they couldn’t , so we called Busy Accounting company service no and ask to solve the issue, but they replied that the Busy Accounting software we have has Release version 3.9 and the same we need to install on our second computer the only we can use this software in dual user mode, so ask them to provide it but they said that the different versions are now removed from website so now you have to renew the software to Latest version and then only you can use this software In dual user mode. So we asked them reason why you did so , at the time of buying software you didn’t mentioned it and now you are removing in half the way, we argue that we have paid you the amount to use software for life time and the version we bought is sufficient for us we don’t need any of latest version then they replied that now you have only one option and that is to renew and then you can use this software in dual user mode even they replied that if your main computer will have any same issue and if you will remove the software you wont be able to use this software in single user mode too. So we asked them the cost of renewal then they replied that the cost of renewal is 9999/- . We found that the cost is too higher. So they created situation in which user has to pay extra amount to use the software for which we paid already.
