Mercedes Benz Stadium was built in 2017. It is way to new to be replaced. In fact it's predecessor the Georgia Dome was imploded prematurely.

The new bears stadium is going to look amazing. Also, you had a mix up, the Mercedes-Benz stadium is for the Atlanta Falcons, Caesar’s Super dome is for the Saints.

I have lived in Upstate New York since I was born. Sure there are things like Lakes and Mountains.....which attract some people. But what attracts the most in the summer is the Saratoga race track. I'd say that some people are more excited about track season than Christmas cause it brings in millions of dollars to the area every year. The other thing that attracts people is: The Buffalo Bills. In fact they are getting a new stadium. But that also brings in a pretty penny. There's plenty of other things such as Howe Caverns, wineries, camps and Watkins Glens where they race Nascar. If you are looking for the lower cost of living aspect......look no farther than the Southern Tier of NY. Where the cost of living is significantly lower than the national average. The same can be said for Utica, Watertown, Plattsburgh and much of the North Country.

This is old news. Not one mention of the #1 reason the sales tax was voted down. 1. The Royals downtown stadium plan which no one wants to pay for. Maybe field a competitive team more often. But yea parity in the MLB doesn''t exist so... 2. The fact that the Arrowhead plan, which is ok, and the lack of a plan from the Royals at a sketchy location were released like a month before the vote.

Relocate is the best option, building new is cheaper than renewing old

Kansas would not be bad it would be next to a casino and the way Kansas does it the taxes in the area would pay it off with a casino and a big mall plus hotels it would make it back in no time unlike the other side of Kansas City where hotels are ran down and crime high

Infrastructure around project, streets and street lights costs obsorbed by the city Reduced or no fees to city for planning g and Building permit fees. Reduced property tax for property owner, for x amount of years The list goes on.and on. I worked for a very larage city, in Los Angles County,,,,There is a lot more that is usually asked for normally. All these costs will add up to millions, the people in the city will be responsible for these expenders. The tax payer can be paying for these hidden cost for manny years. If you think this is BS, do your home work and ask questions.
