I lived right there in Bensonhurst at the time right under this approach. I remember these being the LOUDEST aircraft to come into LGA all the time. Miss them alot.

we fly and land by wire America delta southwest and air China Alaska all airlines we know how to land since facebook thank god and hello A 320 airjet.

I see you took off on northbound runway and took off over the mouth of the Knik Arm, those white circles were apparently big flat round pieces of ice in the water. Couldn't see anything after that, no lights below, but that's while knowing (since the route's to Denver) that you obviously made a sharp u-turn and started flying in a southeast direction which was all over ocean at night (until eventually flying over the west coast of British Columbia, possibly near Vancouver, but video ended way before that)

Weather history shows it was -13F for a low that morning. Frosty!

Love the sound of those CFM56-7 engines. What a privilege to sit and look at the landscape far below while you sip on a beer or your favorite refreshment. It never gets old.

Sounds like a serious engine maintenance problem.

Looking at this again, it wouldn't be unusual for a flight from Alaska to descend over the Olympic peninsula. They would have to fly around for a NB landing if the the wind conditions required it. When I lived in Alaska this was a typical pattern into Sea-Tac. But thanks to the photog who zoomed in on the airport! I think the annoucements were coming from the flight attendant, not the pilot,
