Narrated ‘Aisha رضي الله عنها:
Umm Habiba and Umm Salama mentioned about a church they had seen in Ethiopia in which there were pictures. They told the Prophet about it, on which he said,
*“If any religious man dies amongst those people they would build a place of worship at his grave and make these pictures in it. They will be the worst creature in the sight of Allah on the Day of Resurrection".*
[Sahih Bukhari, Volume 1, The Book of Prayer (08), Hadeeth No. 420]
‘A’isha رضي الله عنه and Abdullah (رضي الله عنه‏) reported:
As the Messenger of Allaah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) was about to breathe his last, he drew his sheet upon his face and when he felt uneasy, he uncovered his face and said in that very state:
*"Let there be curse upon the Jews and the Christians that they have taken the graves of their Prophets as places of worship. He in fact warned (his men) against what they (the Jews and the Christians) did".*
[Sahih Muslim, The Book of Prayer (04), Chapter: Forbiddance to build mosques on the graves and decorating them with pictures and forbiddance to use the graves as mosques, No. 1082]
Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) explicitly said and warned:
*“BEWARE of those who preceded you and used to take the graves of their prophets and righteous men as places of worship, but you MUST NOT take graves as mosques; I FORBID YOU to do that.”*
[Narrated by Jundub (رضي الله عنه‏). Reported in Sahih Muslim, The Book of Prayer, Chapter: Forbiddance to build mosques on the graves and decorating them with pictures and forbiddance to use the graves as mosques, No. 1083]
*“Du’aa (supplication) is worship”*
[Sahih, at-Tirmidhi 3372 and Abu Dawud 1479]
*And your Lord said: “INVOKE ME, I WILL RESPOND to your (invocation)”* [Surah Ghaafir (40): 60]
Allah commanded us to invoke and supplicate to Him directly and did not say invoke the likes of Jesus, Chisti, Tijani, Badawi, Abdul-Qadir al-Jilani, etc., or use them as intermediaries and intercessors.

    This is regarding a very important topic (al-Walaa' wal-Baraa') which many are lax about or indifferent to, or have a weakness in, so well worth listening to and sharing with others.

    Ayah in the Noble Qur'an that refutes non-Muslims, their false gods and beliefs: "No son (or offspring or children) did Allah beget, nor is there any ilah (god) along with Him; (if there had been many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have tried to overcome others! Glorified be Allah above all that they attribute to Him!" [Surah Al-Mu'minooon (The Believers), 23:91, Muhsin Khan and Hilali translation]

    An excellent lecture series by our elder brother and teacher Abu Hakeem (may Allah reward him), soundcloud.com/salafi-publications/sets/doubts-around-the-dawah-by-abu, contains a rebuttal, clarification and much needed refutation of some doubts around the Salafi dawah. Trolls seem to come out of the woodwork during Fitan and want to "share their personal experience" of spubs, even though these keyboard warriors usually never make their name known or hide behind aliases. Those confused by the whisperings of such shaky, partisan individuals, who like to gossip, spread tales, rumours, unverified reports and alleged sins committed, need to beware of these individuals who also like to carry tales and may have two-faces: It is reported from Hudhaifa that news reached him (the Holy Prophet) that a certain man carried tales. Upon this Hudhaifa remarked: I heard Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) saying: "The tale−bearer shall not enter Paradise." [Sahih Muslim, Book of Faith, Chapter 46: SERIOUS PROHIBITION OF TALE−CARRYING, Hadith No. 189] It was related by Abū Hurayrah (radhi Allaahu anhu) that the Messenger of Allāh (sallallaahu aaihi wa sallam) said, “Indeed the worst of the people are the two-faced, those who go to one group of people with one face and a different group with another.” [Collected by al-Bukhārī in his al-Saheeh (no. 3232, 5719 and 6765) and Muslim in his al-Saheeh (no. 4566, 4693 and 4694)] These (often secretive) guys like to create twitter, UA-cam, facebook, instagram, etc, accounts, and websites, solely or mostly aimed at attacking spubs and their honour, perpetuate stereotypes about them (scream and shout "cult" for example) and accuse them of all sorts of things (without providing sufficient truthful and reliable witnesses). They'll also lie and make spurious claims and insinuations that spubs do such and such or believe such and such and also put words into their mouths like "off the manhaj". They'll try to deceive the uninformed and gullible (mostly youth) that spubs do ghuloo. No Salafi believes (or should believe) that a particular Shaykh or Aalim is ma'soom (infallible), any person with common sense knows this! These befuddled souls like babbling on and don't make any coherent sense in their rants and thread posts. All the conferences, lectures, talks and lessons on a variety of topics by Salafi Shaykhs, students of knowledge, teachers, educators and callers, are recorded and readily and openly made available for free for all to listen to on various sites and social media platforms, walhamdulillah. Allah knows best what the real reason behind the calculated schemes of such deluded individuals and networks of people are. For those wanting to seek clarity, then please listen to this series or revisit it again.

    Interesting point that Abu Idrees raises: "Some people say and believe this madhab of the Salaf is a newly invented thing. They say to understand Book of Allah you need to follow a madhhab, and these individuals (four imams) we hold them in high esteem. Yes, these four imaams had a very high lofty position. They had knowledge and we acknowledge that. What about the companions of Messenger of Allah, they were before the four imams, they lived with the Messenger?

    *ustad may have made a slip of the tongue towards the end ascribing the hanafis with the beleif of the shafi'is in regards to having contact with women and loosing ur wuduh

    • @TheStraightPathIslamTees
      @TheStraightPathIslamTees 3 роки тому

      We've listened to it again. Abu Iyaad was referring to the rigidity of the Hanafis, who insist on sticking to their opinions or school of thought, even when it clashes with a text from the Qur'an or Sunnah (authentic hadith), or daleel. He then mentioned an example of the Shafiʽis who claim and erroneously believe that a person's wudhu is invalidated by merely touching a woman. Abu Iyaad then goes back and mentions again that the Hanafis are guilty of rigidity and strongly holding onto their opinions without acccepting and going back to the daleel (evidences) but he also says afterwards that this is found in some of the other schools as well. Listen to it again and you'll realise.

    Another evidence against Yasir Qadhi's falsehood is how come some of the Salaf like Shaykhul-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah and Ahmad bin Hanbal (rahimahumullah) were imprisoned if the sects at that time were made up as he claims of only a handful of people (i.e. heads of innovated sects like Jahmiyyah, Qadariyyah, Khawarij, Murjiah, Mu'tazilah, etc), and the people belonging to these innovated and misguided sects weren't that many and widespread? How did they manage to exert so much influence? Imprisonment came about due to a "handful of loudmouths"? It just doesn't make sense. They were imprisoned due to the sects and their innovated beliefs which had a strong hold over many people (men, women, old and young), especially those in influential positions, like rulers, judges, ministers, arbitrators and the like. Who is Yasir Qadhi trying to fool, the uninformed? We recommend reading the monumental work by the great Imam and defender of the Sunnah, Ahmad bin Hanbal (rahimahullah), FOUNDATIONS OF THE SUNNAH. Read about the mihna (trial). Anyone who casts aspersions or belittles this great Imam or downplays and trivializes major, serious, deviations in 'aqeedah and innovated beliefs, past or present, or even defends heretics and innovators (especially the leading figureheads and founders) stay well away from him or her and don't attend any of their courses or listen to any of their talks! Protect yourself and save yourself from callers to the gates of Hell, Allahu Musta'an.

    SubhanAllah so only the Wahabi's are on the right path? What was the right path before Wahabi? Refuting others by name and call this "Following the sunna" How was this a part of the Sunnah of our beloved prophet peace be upon him.

    • @TheStraightPathIslamTees
      @TheStraightPathIslamTees 3 роки тому

      Mike (original name of account before it was changed to something else), reflect upon the following points please brother: 1) The right/straight path is that of the Salafus-Saalih (righteous predecessors). Those who follow their path and implement their methodology are the Salafis. Now there may be some who claim to be Salafi or upon Salafiyyah, but upon closer examination that turns out not to be the case, they are false claimants who we should be wary of. Salafis don't call themselves "Wahhabis", this is a derogatory label usually used by Rafidah, Sufis, Barelwis, Asharis, Maturidis, orientalists and the like. Shaykh Muhammad bin Abdul-Wahhab (d. 1206H), (rahimahullah), followed the way of the great Imaams of the Salaf (mountains of knowledge) before him like; Ibn Kathir (d. 774H), Ibn Qayyim, (d. 751H), Shaykhul-Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah (d. 728H), Imaam Ahmad bin Hanbal (d. 241H), Sufyaan ath-Thawree (d. 161H), Imaam al-Awzaee (d. 157H), etc (may Allah have mercy upon them all). Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah has a well know statement about following the way of the Salaf: "There is no fault (blame) upon the one who proclaims the madhhab of the Salaf, who ascribes to it and affiliates himself to it. Rather, it is obligatory to accept that from him by unanimous agreement, for the madhhab of the Salaf is never but the truth." (Majmoo' al-Fatawaa 4/149) 2) There are some ahadith in which our beloved Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) mentioned people by name or a person's name was mentioned to him but he did not reprimand the person for mentioning the name even though they could have been more general and not mentioned the name, such as for example: "As for Abu jahm, he does not put down his staff from his shoulder (i.e. he beats his wife), and as for Mu'awiya, he is a poor man having no property". [Sahih Muslim, Book of Divorce (no . 1480)] 'Ai'shah (radyAllahu 'anhaa) reported that: "Hind bint 'Utbah said, 'O Messenger of Allah! Verily Abu Sufyaan is a stingy man and he does not give me what is sufficient for me and my children. May I take from him while he is not aware of it? The Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: "Take what is sufficient for you and your children, in goodness." [Sahih Bukhari, Book of Charity (no. 3564) and Sahih Muslim: Book of Judgement (no. 1714)]. The Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) mentioned the condition of these people. Abu Iyaad is clarifying the deviation of Yasir Qadhi (based upon 'ilm and 'adl so that people can distinguish truth from falsehood and unite upon it, true unity that is and not the fake, superficial type of unity that neglects the call and attention to the correct aqeedah). Regarding the hadith narrated by Ai'shah (radyAllahu 'anhaa), Al-Haafidh Ibn Hajr (rahimahullah) said: "This hadeeth is used as evidence for the permissibility of mentioning things about people that they don't like (to have mentioned), if it is done for the purpose of seeking a legal ruling, complaining, AND OTHER THAN THAT. And it is one of the cases in which backbiting is permitted."[Fath-ul-Baaree (9/509)] Fath-ul-Baaree is the famous commentary of Sahih Bukhari, the most authentic book of Sunnah. 3) In the books of the Salaf, spanning centuries, Imams have mentioned: "So and so is a Qadari" or "so and so holds the view of the Khawarij", etc. An example is the following athar: "Yahyaa bin Sa'eed al-Qattaan said, "When Sufyaan ath-Thawree came to Basrah he began to look into the affair of ar-Rabee bin Subaih and the people's estimation of him. He asked them, '"What is his madhhab?', and they said, 'His madhhab is but the Sunnah'. He then asked, 'Who is his companionship?' and they replied, 'The people of Qadr', so he replied, 'In that case he is a Qadari'." Al-Ibaanah (2/453). 4) The sects and groups of innovation, misguidance and deviation, appeared after the death of our beloved Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam). Even during his lifetime he refuted and warned against Dhul-Khawaisara: Narrated by Abu Sai'd (radyAllahu 'anhu) who said: "While the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) was distributing something, 'Abdullah bin Dhul-Khuwaisara At-Tamimi came and said: 'Be just, O Allah's Messenger!' The Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam): 'Woe be to you! Who will be just, if I am not just?' Umar bin al-Khattab (radyAllahu 'anhu) said: 'Let me strike his neck!' The Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: 'Leave him, for he has companions, and if you compare your prayers with their prayers and fasting with theirs, you will look down upon your prayers and fasting, in comparison to theirs. Yet they will go out of the religion as an arrow darts through the game's body..." Abu Sai'd (radyAllahu 'anhu) added: ' I testify that I heard this from the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) and I also testify that 'Ali (radyAllahu 'anhu) killed those people while I was with him. The man with the description given by the Prophet was brought to 'Ali (radyAllahu 'anhu). The following Ayat were revealed in connection with that very person (i.e. 'Abdullah bin Dhul-Khuwaisara At-Tamimi): "And among them are men who accuse you in the matter of [the distribution of] charity..." [Surat at-Taubah: 58] [Reported by Bukhari, Fathul-Bari, Kitab: the Repentance of the Renegades, the Rebellious and Fighting them, Chapter: Killing the Khawarij and the Heretics after establishing the proof against them. 12/6933/290. 5) The Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) warned against the deviant sects like the Khawarij and Qadariyyah: Narrated by Yusair bin 'Amr (radyAllaahu 'anhu) who said: I asked Sahl bin Hunaif (radyAllaahu 'anhu), 'Did you hear the Prophet saying anything about the Khawarij?' He said: 'I heard him (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) saying while pointing his hand towards Iraq: 'There will appear in it (i.e. Iraq) some people who will recite the Qur'an but it will not go beyond their throats, and they will go out from (leave) Islam as an arrow darts through the game's body." [Reported by Bukhari, Fathul Bari, Kitab: the Repentance of the Renegades & the Rebellious & fighting them; Chapter whoever left off killing the Khawarij not to push them away and perhaps that the people do not keep away from him. 12/6934/290. Sahih Muslim, Kitab az-Zakat, Chapter: An Explanation of the Khawarij and their Rulings. 7/1068/15/141. The Prophet said about them: “The Khawārij are the dogs of the Hellfire.” (Ibn Mājah, 173 from Ibn Abee Awfaa). It has been narrated that ʿAbdullāh ibn ʿUmar cited the Prophet say: “The Qadarīyyah are the Magians of this Ummah. If they become ill, do not visit them and if they die, do not attend their funerals.” Authenticated by al-Albānī in Ṣaḥiḥ Abū Dāwūd (no.4961). Strong words from our beloved Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) which we accept as this is his Sunnah and he (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) spoke the truth. 6) There are also narrations from the Sahaba that mention the Khawarij/Hururiya. Moreover, Ibn Abbas's famous debate/refutation of the Khawarij and the famous narration of Abdullah bin Mas'ud (radyAllaahu 'anhu) reported by ad-Darimi in his Sunan, where he witnessed an innovation and rebuked the doers. Indeed, Yasir Qadhi has praised innovators like Yusuf al-Qaradawi, Safar Al-Hawali and Salman Al-Awdah who justified and were preaching rebellion against the Muslim rulers. He has also praised protests in Egypt and reviles Muslim rulers and governments. 7) Also, in the science of hadith, Imams would mention people by name and say the hadith they reported are rejected and cite their reasons. 8) Our Salaf would write books and refutations against individuals and innovated beliefs and practices. For example there are rudood (refutations) against the figureheads of the Jahmiyyah or Ibn-Taymiyyah's many refutations or more recently refutations against Sayyid Qutb (a Sufi Ashari who revived the way of the Khawarij). Some of the Salaf would even write poetry to refute innovators and their innovated beliefs like the Haa’iyyah Poem of Ibn Abee Daawood, Nooniyah al-Qahtaaniyy and Ibn Qudamah’s poetry Allaah’s ‘Uluww. They saw this as their duty (because they had the knowledge and ability) to clarify the haqq and repel the poison of innovators and astray ones which had affected the minds of many of the common folk who were unawares. Through their efforts the sunnah was made clear from bid'ah, guidance from misguidance, hopefully you are beginning to understand now. 9) The accusation that it is only youngsters who are criticizing him is plain false as Abu Iyaad is in fact older than Yasir Qadhi. Also, certificates don't protect you from deviation. 10) Hopefully you'll come to realize the misguidance and deviation that Yasir Qadhi is spreading one day, whose condition is getting worse it seems (rejecting the authentic ahadith concerning Ya’jooj and Ma’jooj, sharing platforms and accommodating the Rafidah, being affected by his studies at Yale and non-Muslim academics and teaching dubious Aqeedah courses, for example), may Allah guide us and you. Muhammad Ibn Bindaar As-Sabbaak Al-Jarjaanee said: "I once said to Ahmad Ibn Hanbal: 'Verily, it is becoming hard upon me to say: (So and so is weak) and (so and so is a liar). So Ahmad said: 'If you remain silent and I remain silent, then who will make the ignorant person aware of the authentic from the defective?'" [Majmoo'-ul-Fataawaa of Ibn Taimiyyah (28/231)]

It exonerates Prophet Sulayman (alayhis salaam) from the claim that he practiced magic. You only have to read the first sentence to know this is clearly the case: "It is widespread amongst the Jews, Christians and the Occultists that Prophet Sulayman (alayhis salaam) practiced magic, and some of them consider him to be a magician and not a Prophet. There are many other claims and associations made with respect to Sulayman (alayhis salaam) which HE IS FREE OF.
