We've been personal trainers and fitness coaches for 25+ years but most people are TOO STRESSED to workout intensely or even begin a new fitness regime. That's why we first help you get your head above water and create space in your body to workout by guiding you through breathwork and meditation. Once you are feeling grounded and calm again, we guide you through workouts and nutrition that will help you live your best life.

Brain fog. Brain fog, Brain fog!Its the worse !
Agreed. Awake but not really
That is exactly my problem. I am glad UA-cam brought me to you since that is what I was realizing today; everytime I do something, sitting at the computer like you mentionned, talikng to people, pretty much everything, I breath in the "fight or flight" mode! TX
that is called hyperventilating and is in fact the opposite of what you should do. great build though
Try doing it with me. Just a few moments of each can make a massive difference.
Love this
Nice
The waffle house has foundbits new hosy
Thanks good to know
This helped so much
Heck yeah ❤ Nice Job 👍🏽
Nice👍🏽
Thanks ❤
Hey Bro, I’ll try it. Anxiety completely takes over everything in the mind and body. Trying to fight through the episode seems wasteful at time. Thanks for the tip!
Movement is medicine. Do it in a way that soothing and active. The intensity can be varied. I highly recommend you don’t just clench your teeth and take it. Move that energy!

love your shirt

I’ve NEVER seen that middle hip move!! Love it
I just bought a mace and this was really helpful. Thank you!
Thanks 🙏 So many fun things to do with a mace and the patterns literally build stronger systems

I recently have strained my QL on my L. It came after trying to strengthen my weak glutes, hip hinges, squeezes etc.. Both sides seem to be weak. Non painful side my glute med seems weaker left side max. I also have pain where it originates in my last rib, feels like it’s pulling down my ribs and also pulling on my lumbar spine. I fear the damage it’s causing. My question, I don’t want to do nothing, but should you stretch the QL when injured or strengthen?
Great question. I prefer to have clients do gentle movement as opposed to deep static stretching. Especially at the beginning. Hip hikes okay both sides will start to improve mobility. Then start with light single arm farmers carries. Keep integrating light isolated flute work to teach that ql to calm down and stop being “glutes”
@@robynandvictor thank you
Has your strain healed completely? i’m going on 6 months on my right side
@@ethansimmons1993 no. This has turned into a nightmare. Other muscles are now causing alot more issues and unfortunately the medical community isn’t of any help. No one knows anything. Soo frustrating.
@@lw7654 I’m sorry to hear that :/ I sprained my right side QL by picking up a 70lb dumbbell the wrong way and 6 months later is still causing me trouble
Awesome video!
Thanks brother. Mind your thoughts !

Thanks a lot. Let me know what you think. Make sure you pick a good playlist to pump you up.
@@robynandvictor Can't workout properly without a nice playlist 💪
@@DailyTrainingAdvisor so true. I used this one yesterday. open.spotify.com/playlist/37i9dQZF1DXdURFimg6Blm?si=UUnIipO-TbuFF0YNi1ljNw My taste varies from metal to rap to old school funk but if it flips a trigger inside to do some work than it is a keeper.
@@robynandvictor Will give this a listen! Thank you for the recommendation 💪
Top 🔝🙏💪
Thank you. I have inflammation issues and would like basic clean food to help with this.
Does coffee effect your adrenals?
Yep. What goes up must come down. Caffeine impacts everyone differently but in you or someone you know is struggling with adrenal insufficiency they should limit their coffee intake. In many cases I will recommend cutting it altogether. Green tea is a nice alternative
Thanks for the video Victor, informative and hopefully the right direction to fix my strain.
Keep me posted
I'm excited to try these. 53 year old newer surfer here. Thanks!

Hello victor, I have been tested and I’m in between stage 2-3 adrenal we’re my cortisol is about 15 at wake up and bottoms out at 10 and stays flat line all the way until 9pm when my last test was. I have horrible food sensitivity’s and if I don’t eat within a few ours I start getting weak and brain fog. But my blood sugar is normal. (Around 85-90) when I check it with meter when I start feeling like it’s bottoming out. Would like to know your recovery story and how you ate to heal and excersise regiman. Thank you
Hi Kevin, I’m sorry to hear you are hurting. Let me try to highlight some of the changes I made in route to recovery. It was about a 2 year process for me. 1. Modified work hours. Slept until 8am instead of getting out at 5am. 2. Walked and stretched daily 3. Adjusted and lifted moderate weight 2-3 times a week 4. Ate an anti-inflammation diet 5. Supplemented with l-glutamine and bone broth often 6. Consumed coconut oil daily 7. Started to find other sports and hobbies 8. Meditated daily 9. Sourced all my foods I hope this helps You need to consistently hit it from all angles to start to feel the change that will inspire you to stay with it.
Thank you for the reply victor! I was wondering if you had email I could reach you at. I have a few more questions to ask about symptoms. I’m in real need of help bc I am the only one in my family work. Wife stays home with the 3 kids and they are all under 4! Would love some more insight

Dude! You make the Wall Angel look pretty easy......
It just takes a little time. Shorten the range of motion and build up over time
much appreciated
