Mind Your Mood has been designed to help individuals and university students better understand their mental health by guiding them through clinical questionnaires designed to assess the symptoms of some common mental health conditions. They receive their scores and information on what the scores may suggest. Importantly, they also receive signposting towards appropriate public and private resources where they can access mental health support.
