On the far right, you will see the layers panel. If you don't see it enabled, click on an icon that is to the left of the trashcan icon on the top menu bar of Adobe Express. And there you can drag the image to the front.

At this moment, we can't add custom characters. However, I have noticed that the team has added more characters from when the new app was released. So they may add more options in the future.

To convert to the new Adobe Express file, all you need to do is click on your old design. Then, it works its magic on the back end and opens the file for you. If you don't see the new file, refresh your page and go back to "files," and it should show up. It's a little tricky to see in the video.

Unfortunately, this organization structure has changed on Adobe Express since we uploaded this video. However, you can still use the Creative Cloud app, which I shared here, to organize and access your content.

This QR code will last forever as long as the original URL stays the same.

This should have worked for you. Since releasing this video, Adobe Express has enabled a smoother transition. If you still don't see your old folders, we recommend contacting their tech support, as it could be account-specific.

Great question! Unfortunately, you can't switch back to the old version once you use the new version. However, this applies if you click the "migrate your files" button at the top.

@@Theone_marvel if you haven't clicked on it, you should be able to work on the old version. But you may not see those designs on the new version. Once you make the switch, you can't go back to the old version. Is there something that is making you hold off from making the switch? This can also help us create content for others in a similar boat.

Right now, Adobe Express doesn't offer the ability to change how your voice sounds. It's only using your own voice.

Eleven Labs is good for that.

I would link it to a page where you are leading them for your call to action. It could be a Facebook Page or some place where they can get in touch with you. That way you don't have a missed lead opportunity.

@@esaugalindo4733 For the restaurant, you could host the menu somewhere on the cloud, like Google Drive, and get the shareable link to use as the code. The only thing is that if you update the menu and get a new link, the old QR code won't work.

Great question! If you want the designs to appear under your brand kit, you'll need to add them as a template. To do that, open the design, go to the top menu, and next to the download button, there are 3 dots. Click on that for a drop-down menu that gives you an option to "make a template". Select that, and make sure you select your brand kit library. And it will then add it to there. We'll make a tutorial for this soon.

Great question! In the many tests we did, we noticed that the code didn't read when we placed it over one of the 4 squares in the corners. While the logo in the middle works, we had to add a subtle white border/background behind the logo to make the code easier to scan. Let us know if you get similar results.

I would suggest getting a template from the place you want to print with. Upload the template to Adobe Express and use that as a guide to design your card. Then, before you save your file for print, delete the layer with the template.

¡Hola! I'm glad you find these so helpful. To answer your question, you can create a higher quality by making your dimensions 2 or 3 times larger. For example, instead of making a post 500x500 px, make it 1500 x 1500. Then save your file in Adobe Express as a PNG with transparency. Since your dimensions are larger, you will have a better-quality image that way.

Great question! This was one of my concerns since we need CMYK for print. I did contact MOO support team and they can take our files from Adobe Express and convert them. And the colors came out fantastic. We just have to keep in mind that we will see some differences between RGB and CMYK.
