just found your channel, great video, where you left the canal at 7:56 you could of stayed on the canal right into the centre of Manchester, by carrying on until you got to waters meet at Trafford Park its a junction in the canal. then onto the Trafford Arm of the canal right into the centre of Manchester and exited at Castlefield Basin saving that nightmare journey on the busy roads.

I can not watch some your rerun live stream. I can watched it when it's live tho, but since it's 10+ hours long which i can't follow all hours in one time so I'm hoping to see their rerun. Like, at France and Germany no recorded live stream avalaible in my UA-cam TV and in phone could not open because has copyright issues.

Sarah you have great stamina! I saw your heartrate was hovering around 173 and thought you must be young like 20 or 25? You were talking on cam and didn't sound out of breath at 173 BPM which is crazy to me but maybe because I'm 47. If you're only about 20 then your max would be 200 and I guess uphill it would be normal to be 170-180. Do you have an alarm on your device(s) to go off if you hit your max? My max is about 190 and if I get to that I'm stopping to get my breath back. It was impressive anyway how you were at that heartrate, while riding along such dangerous roads, also chatting to the camera. Cars whizzing past at 80 MPH is scary. I wish you all the best for the rest of your tour 😎

regarding SIM cards i use google fi. includes data in 200 countries. and you can pause service when not needed.
