h2 is amazing. it is the movie that got me into micheal and the series as a kid

1:18 I personally think it’s Hellraiser, Pinhead is by far the coolest character I’ve ever seen and the first 2 are just incredible to me, and 3 is pretty damn good imo despite its flaws and then they just become movies that don’t even involve him until the very end of script writing, I really think if Clive Barker stuck around it could’ve been the goat horror franchise.

It’s like with who everyone is calling the pale girl she could be a multiple set of girls at the same time for what any of us know because there is articles about this blonde girl that would basically never hurt a fly very princess like doesn’t really line or add up with what actually get she is clearly a victim and was killed by art and we have this bad ass girl in all hollows eve who is cool as fuck with the babysitter and the brother black hair very gothic very violent prankster very on the level unhinged could explode at any second would put her hair that way the hair could have been black and lost color after dying and rotting and art clearly killed her and she ended up in the same type of outfit looks like she is arts daughter basically which is a top thing I’m going for he was going out to create this daughter in a way they looked out for each other and what not everything lines up because there is somewhere in 2 where it’s brought up that the babysitter and brother were found but never the young sister and art clearly killed Victoria and destroyed her face before the possession happened so there is something to this where they are women wether they are kids adults what have you they are killed directly by art and his spirit is separated and put into there bodies as well I think it has something to do with that I don’t want to go to far into that because something is brought up in 3

You mentioned a longer runtime and weird editing. The original cut of this was actually well over 2 hours, but poor test screenings led to a mandated ~90 minute cut. When the rest of the film was found, it was damaged to the point of unusable. Somewhere out there, there's a director's cut that's probably a masterpiece that we never got. More character development and story, more lore and gore, etc. But yeah, I adore Event Horizon personally.

One thing I've noticed with all of Raimi's films is that they have atrocious continuity. For example, in this one, there's a point in this where Annie gets sprayed with blood, then in the next shot she looks like she did right before she got sprayed. That one in particular stood out like a sore thumb to me. I remember the Spider-Man movies had the same kind of problems, though they're harder to spot (I had to actually look for them).

Elementary school we've known each other we're brothers forever but my question is when you aren't reviewing horror movies what's ur favorite video game of all time?

I think Leatherface having a daughter in part 3 is interesting. I’d like to see that again in a future movie, but done better. The big gold chainsaw was cool too. My issue with part 3 is that it’s very dark. I struggle to see the scenes in the woods, haha. Spill on TC3D. It’s so bad it’s entertaining for me. Which is good! With 2022 TCM, Sally ruins the movie for me. The character was never that interesting to begin with, and her ass didn’t need to come back! And they do nothing with her which makes to worse. Leatherface himself was cool tho. Bloody and gory movie. Script was a bit cheesy. Leatherface is decent, but didn’t live up to the potential. Not bad but could’ve been a lot better. Love the setting to TCM2!!! The abandoned amusement park is amazing! Stretch is my fav final girl after the series… after Erin. Hot take! I love the 03 remake more than the original. The remake is VERY different than the OG film. The OG film is my third or fourth fav. Cool video, I’ll sub to your channel 😉

This movie was the definition of copy my homework just don't make it obvious. It's not terrible but suffers from the worst version of dumb horror brain.

Haven't seen Don't Kill It or Bernie, but I have heard decently positive things about Don't Kill It from a friend, though I'm not entirely sure it's a film I'd dig. Definitely agree with you on A Cure for Wellness. It's a long film, which I think can turn a lot of people off, and as you say, "fun" isn't exactly the right description for it. That tooth scene was brutal. I've seen it only twice, but it definitely sticks with me, and the atmosphere is on point. Oh, and of course, Jason Isaacs is great too. Eden Lake is another great one. I think it's picking up in populatiry (like 2008's Baby Blues), but I don't hear people talk about it too often. I've had it on DVD for years, and while it's not fun - as you say, it's sad and damn depressing, not to mention dark - it's a definite must-watch when it comes to modern horror. I can't say I enjoy Graveyard Shift as much as you do. Portions are decent, and I think the setting is fantastic (that graveyard near the mill looked stellar), but it was a bit much for me. To be fair, I'm a big fan of the short story the film's based on, and the two have completely different tones - the movie is a bit campy, whereas the story is written almost clinically (as a lot of Stephen King's early material was). Decent movie, and it can be fun, but not entirely for me. I've only seen One Hour Photo once, and it's been at least ten years. I remember it being disturbing, but I honestly can't remember much in the way of details, so it may be worth revisiting. Nice mixture of movie picks, though. Enjoyed the video.

Mine. The only thing that might be controversial is my ranking of Jason Goes To Hell. I love the comedy and gore in it, even if it isn't a good Jason film per se. Jason Lives The Final Chapter Part 2 Jason Goes To Hell Freddy vs Jason The New Blood Part 1 ---- I don't love it. think it's completely average. Reboot Part 3 ---- I think this one is mediocre as Hell, except for Brooker's fantastic Jason. Jason X Jason Takes Manhattan A New Beginning
