Is the cpu swappable? Cuz i have fujitsu S762/G and it has the same architecture, but i haven't opened the CPU cooler off. Im planning on to upgrade it to the i7 cpu

I would leave that panel OFF. The heat buildup is massive, the cooling fan is insufficient, and the bottom clearance doesn`t have enough elevation from the surface the laptop rests on which is usually a big problem. I upgraded mine to 8GB and now it runs fine...WITHOUT that panel which blocks the excessive heat from escaping the machine (speaking from experience) Another note to self, my machine does not function with the battery installed so i just removed it, like forever and ever and the system tells me it`s fully charged, lol.

Sir you firstly open the lock then open keyboard sir my dell laptop Inspiron n5040 keyboard lock open and also place the keyboard so that keyboard not lock again .sir after insert power cable and touchpad cable you did not insert the screws .you insert keyboard?video is good.

It worked for me on Thinkpad T530 but it does not work without 1 more step on the Github page there is 1 more step that was missing Steap Number 4 without that id could not make the patch and i had to use a newer linux mint build other than that the patch workes perfectly
