Borasu Pass: Beyond Har Ki Dun
Borasu Pass is a high-altitude mountain pass located in the Himalayas, between Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, India. It offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding peaks, glaciers, and valleys. Reaching an elevation of 17,880 feet, it's a challenging yet rewarding destination for experienced trekkers. The trek to Borasu Pass is known for its diverse landscapes, including lush forests, alpine meadows, and rugged terrains.

Trek Itinerary
Day 1:
Dehradun to Sankri (6400 ft) [Uttarakhand]
Day 2 :
Sankri (6400 ft) to Gangad (7700 ft) by vehicle
Trek from Gangad (7700 ft) to Puani Garaat (8200 ft)
Day 3 :
Puani Garaat (8200 ft) to Boslo (10000 ft) trek.
Approx 12 kms - 6/7 hrs.
Day 4 :
Boslo (10000 ft) to Ratha Tho (13500 ft) via Har Ki Doon (12000 ft) and Marinda Taal (13000 ft).
Day 5 :
Ratha Tho (13500 ft) to Sonbera (15000) trek.
Day 6 :
Sonbera (15000 ft) to Upper Lamjung (16000 ft) trek.
Day 7 :
Upper Lamjung (16000 ft) to Bonga (14800 ft) via Borasu Pass (17880 ft).
Day 8 :
Bonga (14800 ft) to Chhitkul (10800 ft) trek down.
Day 9 :
Chhitkul to Shimla drive. [Himachal Pradesh]
