I'm a bit surprised when I clicked on this video and hear my own cover. Didn't expect that! To me, Sign of Roses is quite decent, especially in my Bleed-Poise pride resonace team. Still, I find him a little less favorable than Sunshower YiSang because there's no SP refund (or divide the cost over time like Bind). But I love Gregor. And he'll be my forever no.2 (Sorry, Ish took the 1st place.) And boy oh boy, Solemn Lament Gregor is so damn hot. He's an objectively better Wing Beat Ishmael.

i'm with you on everything bar the zweigor slander, let me ramble here for a moment, i just hit 2k hours a couple of days ago and i've been doing a lot of teambuilding and experimenting and i'm tired of the community sleeping on one of the more consistent and hardy tank ids with unique utility the reason i use him in nearly any story team i can (against things neutral/weak to slash typically, i'm not unhinged enough to run any id against enemies that resist them) is due to his synergy with lantern and legerdemain, and his consistent value he brings to the team (and i don't mean in the typical encounters, i genuinely mean in focused encounters) first off, the synergy. he easily fuels legerdemain, which is the best zayin EGO in the entire game, and his base speed is a 4-8 with 2 haste on a skill 1. this means that he is capable of consistently reaching at least 6 speed, at at most 10 speed. with the 4 paralysis on 3 attack weight on legerdemain, he is able to outspeed most bosses and get the para off before important clashes. another notable synergy is lantern, which he can use to refill his hp. while at first this doesn't seem impressive, he has easy access to blunt and pierce attack weight, which can help very broadly in many situations. now now i get it, legerdemain at high speed might not be selling you, "why would i need para when i can use any other high rolling id or EGO and win the clash anyways?" i felt this way for a while about him, until i made a realization that changed the way i saw him forever. there is quite literally no downsides to running him as a tank outside of anti-synergy with rupture/sinking due to his high coin count and no application. hear me out on this one. losing a clash with most ids skill 1s would cripple them a little, make them take damage, lose out on some resource gain. not zwei gregor, he soaks that damage as if he used a block skill due to his shield gain, and gains a buff next turn as well to compensate. damage? he does decent damage for a tank id, and his skill 3, while pathetic outside of solos, gives a teamwide defense buff, good for helping teammates avoid unclashable attacks with evade or soaking them with block. and finally, THIS MAN REFUSES TO DIE. the more he juices on defense level (and he always does, with every skill) the less damage he takes, which means the more value he gets out of shield, which is his ENTIRE kit. he might not have the 4 health bars of K corp hong lu, but he is a hell of a lot tankier than dieci rodya in most fights i should know, the zwei and the dieci are my favourite factions and i run them for fun all the time. while zweigor might not be pulling damage numbers, that's what you have other ids for. he will NEVER let you down if you build him right, and for that, he deserves more love than he gets now.

I deffinitly never see Sign of roses Gregor as bad Especially since theres like, at least 2 Team where he could be used Gloom Team AKA basically Sinking Team, and its actually great because Linton Gregor has Haste And the most obvious one Lust Team, yet FOR SOME REASON the Limbus Community really disrespect how good Kurokumo Gregor actually is, even his gimmick work WONDERFULLY with Ring ID

I will admit, totally just spaced on Nfaust, that’s definitely on me, and would help fix that sanity issue I mentioned. I think my main points still stand since the team mentioned multiple times is so specific, and the expectations for the EGO were still nowhere near met, and that was more the point of the video than any ultra specific viability. Regardless this was fun to listen to in order to get a different perspective, so thank you for uploading this!

i manage to deal 2.5K Time Tax on Shock centipede with a specific speed set up (5 Types of Tremor just in case you're wondering)

Did u ever try this on time ripper, I've been fighting for almost 20 turn.. I'm already seeing he take time damage from Don but somehow he back up again only losing lil bit hp, is this bug or something idk😅

There is a chance that a 2nd activation from don actually increases the damage multiplier a little but the ID needs to be tested more, it has some weird damage calculations
