Titanic 1912 - 2016 and Beyond
It's being awhile since I have made videos and I found this almost a failed try to put a video. But, I hope you enjoy it anyway :). I will see Titanic II, but wishing and hoping for more changes so that Titanic II could have workable boiler and coal, even in small scale. just for the feel.

Robin Gibb How Deep Is Your Love 1949 - 2012
Переглядів 1,7 тис.12 років тому
To the memory of Robin Gibb, of the Bee Gees. a song by an unknown artist because of License and right UA-cam set. Still I find the song appealing On Bee Gees: The cornerstone(with his brothers)of the 70's and in fact already in the 60's I think they had good songs. Those brothers are born for music, and for us. I have learned to dance to John Travolta when I was only 4 years old, 1977. And fro...

William Blake poem - Earth's answer
Hell yeah
This screams out.....RESPECT!!!!!
Listening to Debussy while seeing Jim and Pam is so sad..., so miserably sad...
Man I wish I would know the first song .
Silvio, fuck you doin?
what a s**tass performance. Springsteen doesn't belong on that stage, what a disservice to the Clash and to Joe. No Doubt guy, Grohl all day but BS? stop!
Hey Jim, wanna line of coke? Oh wait, shit, that was smack. You didn't do that all did you? Ok, come on boys, let's take him back to the hotel and put him in the bath.
Lifelong Clash fan here ... yup, they nailed it!
q hace ahi dave grohl ahi siempre esta con todos los grandes jaja
Wow only now i discover this video , Tony kanal on the back😮😮 Bruce ❤❤
Long live rock and roll.. long fucking live rock and roll
You won't see that line-up ever again
Good effort but doesn’t work with Americans singing this 😂 bruce did it justice though
Tony Kanal killing that bass
Though this is a tribute to a lord of punk this happens to be one of the most unintentional metal covers of all time. It was a dark and heavy song by its nature but this old man grit, true admiration and spirit despite the awards is really where it's at. Class act.
What a waste of talent. Some covers you should never do.😢
For those wondering, the bassist was Tony Kanal of No Doubt, and the drums were by Costello's longtime drummer Pete Thomas. Though I'm surprised it wasn't Taylor Hawkina
Costello has more of a connection to Joe though
Elvis costello

hey i didn't know this was a mashup! and that isn't pj harvey in there either! omg this is the most beautiful thing. the first one i found long before i listened to the proper versions.
and by far the best.
Who was that playing bass?
I think it's Tony Kanal from No Doubt (hard to see in the blurry video).
Yeah Tony ❤❤
They were all so great here love it!!
“This is for joe !” 🥹
Working class heros!
Tremendous cover version! It should be called “Straight To Heaven” as it’s so gorgeous!
Steven kinda does a Neil Young lead here...
Tony Kanal and Pete Thomas…holy shit…
“Tone…phony Beatlemania…has bitten the dust.”
My mom’s brother got into primal scream therapy around this period too, and it made his mental illness worse. I think people romanticize this period for John, but he does not sound mentally-well at all. I don’t think that primal scream helped him at all. I think it opened him up like a raw nerve, but not in a good way. Not every bit of our psychological baggage needs to be laying out in the open. I think the brain keeps some of that stuff buried because it’s necessary for self-preservation.
I like Bruce pays special respect to Joe by emulating his guitar downstroke style. Class.
I dont think he's emulating, I think he's playing like him to get the exact sound Joe did.
@@LordTreeko. Aye, Bruce always regularly played downstrokes, but Joe didn't play anything else, and he played with more ferocity, but there definitely was a resemblance in styles. Great tribute to a legend.
Bruce & VZ are posers.
Awards shows are tedious at best. I just needed to see if the Grammys would rightfully hail Strummer. I waited up till after midnight for the In Memoriam segment and as it rolled through I'm thinking 'where's Joe? What about Joe?'. He rolled through last and I was so relieved they hadn't forgotten a tear came to my eye. Then London Calling began to pump. My eyeballs popped and my jaw slung low. Goosebumps from toe to hair. Then water came out of my eyes and we started dancing. Always dancing with Joe and The Clash. Goddam I miss that man and his music. What a band. What a band.
It was a fucking magical moment indeed. I remember how awesome it was at the time.
beautifully written mate
where were Mick and Paul?
Bruce Springsteen voice turns my stomach. 😬 Yikes
Who else got strangely emotion to this?
I lost a vhs with the exact recording of this. It's incredible. I love this performance✌️
I'm a Londoner and proud, because of this song. Thankyou Joe
Now THAT'S a Grammy tribute. Eddie Van Halen, who created a very distinct sound on his axe only gets 21 seconds ??? Disgraceful..and don't get me started on Peter Green and Leslie West
This performance came to mind when I watched that Eddie clip.
Dont compare Joe to Eddie. Years apart.
Спасибо
Jim i love you
An HD version of this used to exist, I can't seem to find it nowadays.. I remember watching it years ago, this is why UA-cam is garbage.
Yes. They hit it
Happy birthday Joe
BRASIL
Great stuff! Check out Tony Bennett giving an enthusiastic standing ovation!
Game recognize game
That was cool of them to pay tribute! Much respect!👊Long live Joe Strummer! And the Clash 💖✌️
Wish you the best up there jimbo.👍🏻
My wife’s favorite band playing a song from my favorite band. Good taste or what?
