Special glue for screens, you can look for B7000 T7000，Need to clean and reinstall

I didn't need a screen replacement mine just came lose, it went off and now won't come back on. I reconnected cables, can't see anything wrong, so will have to buy a new one, hate to lose everything stored in it.
