I am Pema and this is my wife Lhamo. My wife and I are starting a new channel on UA-cam and we have named it as Pema and Lhamo’s kitchen.
The whole idea and the motive of compiling the videos for this channel is to guide or provide assistance to the people who have passion for cooking.
I am a resident of canton Bern in Switzerland and have been living here for past 14 years.
I started my carrier in a restaurant’s kitchen initially with washing dishes but after a few years the doors of opportunities opened up and I could successfully complete my degree as a certified Cook.
With all the experience and knowledge that I gained in the past years of my carrier, I now want to start a channel to reach out to all the people who arelooking for guidance or help with cooking.

I made this recipe & sadly it was a disaster. Dry to liquid ratio was totally off ( 1kg of flour is lot). I think you need to measure everything accurately.

Hi! Thanks for sharing your knowledge and culinary traditions from Tibet ♡ I had a question: in this video, the assume they are cooking "sampa", but it's ingredients are totally different!! And this preparation in America is so extended, than if you tell me is a bad fake, I will be so sad, because at least if they couldn't do real tsampa, they would try using butter + other grains, instead honey + other grains. Tashi Deleck, I saw their clip, they make another step,,, I accept that, but also we Tibetan have also so many different step of Tsampa making n eating style… we are doing like khampa style,,, our parents are eating with butter n salttee,,, so my wife was studying as a nursing ( Switzerland),, n she is trying to eat little Fett… coz we are eating often Tsampa…
