He is talking to the crowd aka the fans or people in the crowd. This song is hits so hard and raw with emotion. The guitar playing, the lyrics the emotion put into this is just masterful. Ain't many people walking the earth that can put their voice and acoustic guitar to work like Travis does. 1 of a kind Genius

Travis is a sick guitarist, lyrics are dope.. all around an amazing artist.. open your mind and listen. I've had the opportunity to hang with him a couple times.. zero ego just a cool cat... In less than a month it'll officially be 20 years since a new studio album has been officially been released. Really hard to think about. I wish Travis would put himself together and get the funds and band to create his visions to how he's always wanted them. Even Tree Colors would be nice. But yeah. Tree Colors, Purple, Gold, Black, and Blue (this one is an EP for those who don't know). But yeah.

This is one of the many outstanding songs I hoped to hear on “Purple” or “Tree Colors” but my eagerness has faded and turned into hopefulness and it ends there; because I’ll never give up on this guy. I know Travis has an ocean of shit to personally get through to release things on his own accord and now is no better time (as we all know, 2020 is a crapshoot). I wish Travis all the best and have admired him since the DOTN, Jerry Cantrell and Metallica concert I attended in 1998; since then I’ve seen him and shook his hand many times. From one addict to another: Pull through, My friend!!

I actually think this clean piece from album recording is the best solo written, at least it is the best solo piece I ever heard. Probably his idea was such for the song. Enemy is about to see past the "people that two level different are demons to each other, with only one side understanding the both.", is to believe him and to work, travel through the barriers and find, make his level opened to yourself and see. That is why song is mostly can be threatening, very dull, boring, egocentric, with rondos dullness or of seeing something and losing sight of it, but if you worked through a song - he shows the space you can be in to you. Solo piece itself is the most short, moving, a versatile but also solid, interesting, masterful, complex, experienced, living and emotional piece I've heard. And I would take someone like David Gilmour, Satriani, or Mark Knopfler or classic composers into account. But one musical genius would never beat a guy on the same level that also cursed to have the most marvelous chromesthesia and uses it and the acoustic guitar to express nature. He is not a human musical genius, he is not a good or normal human, with human feelings or someone that expresses the human feelings in music, he is a tensor that translates nature with music and puts his texts of human feelings on top of it. And in this piece he expressed, explained his seeing of world and life. I would testify, if we would take notes and start talking on this released solo piece musically - we can talk on hours and hours about it, but the truth - a person can not "write", "construct" such a piece, this probably just came out of him as an expression of everything.

Travis has always inspired me and I will always enjoy his music. Praying he finds peace and another calling to create more magic with his guitar and voice.
