Thank you so much for posting this. I had the high honor of meeting Manea through Moe. I worked off and on with Moe on the Star of Honolulu for some 20 years and he was a brother to me. I grieved deeply over his passing but was not able to attend his service either especially due to the complications Covid brought along. I’m a fan of the Manuma family. Every Manuma I know and met has so much aloha and stand out as exceptional. My belated condolences for your deep loss and love and aloha to you all.

It irritates me when a dance is CLEARLY not a Taualuga (hence the other dancers) and NO disrespect to Aunty, but o ga e ke faalavelave ile siva a le Teine faaipoipo mo lana Tane. I get that people do get prideful when it comes to these kind of events, shiet i do too.. But its clearly a number that they practiced including different line ups and positions.
