To me Asos feels a bit too cheap, although I do encourige their large size don't bother gender attitude. As you said the stitch halfway the toes looks a bit off. I suggest taking a look at Piesanto. Found the make very nice quality made-in-spain heeled boots for woman, but me and my husband both like them a lot as they are very classy and basic, and they go up to size 45. They fit like a glove.
