What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing is the application of sound waves that vibrate at different frequencies, applied to or around a person's body for attuning, aligning, releasing, calming and overall healing. Sound healing works by applying the harmonic frequencies that resonate with different parts of the body, bringing them back into balance. The sound waves can be applied through a multitude of different instruments and tools that create varying low and high frequency sound waves. When the sound waves intercept with our energy fields, chakras or body organs, the body has the capacity to match that tone and attune itself to its original state of wellness and optimum functionality.
