Hi, my name is Richard. A while back i was looking for some inspiration for a property flip i was about to start on. I wanted something more hands on, not a cheesy HGTV style video and not just glossy before and after shots. I was also wanting to find something that had more relevance in little old New Zealand. After years of absorbing content and not putting anything back i decided i would take my flip and turn it into a vlog to give others the chance to see what is involved for the DIY property flipper.

DISCLAIMER; I am not a builder. I have worked in roading, retail, on films and in television, i have worked bungy and video production, i have even operated a geothermal mineral extraction plant. A jack of all trades but a master of non as the saying goes which may lend itself to flipping a property but does not make me an expert. I have a couple of years building experience so im not a complete novice but you are not watching a seasoned professional.
