Evening brother. Been on it myself for a couple of years now and I can’t see me ever going back tbh. Random little recipe for ya that’s fairly cheap, easy and relatively inexpensive.. Can of Tuna in a mixing bowl, one egg, grate some cheese into it and then table spoon that onto a baking tray lined with grease proof paper. Throw that into the oven for about 12 minutes and ya done. That’s if you like fish that is 🙈😂 if not, do the same with chicken instead and you’ve got some cheesy chicken nuggets that put McDonald’s to shame 🙏

PEDa are rife in almost all sports nowadays. Boxing has had PEDs for decades. Guys going from Cruiserweight to Heavyweight and adding 30 pounds of muscle, with no bodyfat gains. Hhhhmmm 😂 Footballs is now rife with roids too. Ronaldo aint that ripped from simply eating heakthy meals and doing some weights. Players are faster and stronger than before. Look at the difference in physique between Matt Le Tissier, Gazza, Ali McCoist from the 90s vs Ronaldo, Kane and Lewindowski now. Juventus had a big roids scandal in the 90s. Look it up online. Rugby league and now rugby union have been rife with it for years now too. I used to work next to a couple of Scotland rugby international players in the 90s. They looked normal. Now they're all ripped and way more muscular than back then, and it isnt just "better sports science" or "they're more professional about it now" that is making the buggest difference, it's rhe PEDs.

I remember being at Roach's Wild Card in Hollywood back in 2003. Toney was getting ready to fight Evander Holyfield at the time. Toney was in the ring shadowboxing and I was hitting one of the bags. I looked round and spotted a guy called Mike Sable standing ringside, watching and talking to him. I am from a competitive bodybuilding background and Sable was a former Mr Universe. You can draw your own conclusions. PEDs are rife in boxing. The stakes involved are so high nowadays. Lifetime bans are the only way it will be stopped. But here's the thing. What these guys put themselves through in camp, the need to recover quickly mandates that they feel the need to take them. It's a moral conundrum. I used them in my youth. But I did so to enable me to stand on a stage and hit poses. Boxing is about violence. An entirely different scenario.
