I do love to read though and I created this channel to create a space where I can talk about the books that I'm reading and interact with fellow book people. I'm a full-time tiny human tamer (aka a first grade teacher), but I'm hoping this will be a fun hobby to do with what little free time I have.

Love the story about your grandma! I keep seeing chatter about Blood Mercy, and it looks great, but I'm so intimidated once books get over 500 pages. Even still, I added that, The King's Game, and Spellbound to my potential books for KU list anyway. 😁I read Rhapsodic and enjoyed it, but ultimately I wanted more from the main guy than we got. Thanks for the recs!
I was super intimidated too because it's sooooo long and really, it doesn't have to be that long; I say that but I LOVED it so.. xD If the physical length is too much but you do audiobooks, they just released the audiobook on audible and the voice actors are pretty good. I haven't read past Rhapsodic, but I'm hoping we get more of Desmond as the series goes on.
