Body Confidence Fitness Photoshoot - Behind The Scenes
The photoshoot theme will be empowerment and body confidence, and I was to photograph various poses with functional weights and body confidence poses.
I used a two-lighting setup: one light was a constant LED, and the other was a Godox AD200 Flash.

Beautiful video. Are there any particular benefits of shooting Sony A7IV over Nikon Z6, which you used earlier? Quality? New types of shots hard to take before? I'm thinking about buying Z6II to learn shooting video (I already have some lenses) but I'm not sure if it is a good idea.
Hi, thank you for your comment. I love shooting with the Sony over the Nikon Z6, there are many more options to shoot better quality with the Sony and 10bit colour in camera! I would even look at the lower end sony cameras which are still better than the Nikon z6 ii :)

Thank you, I think it was the flat profile with basic adjustments. It was when I was first started out and I was just practising :)

Great video! Looking to ge the Nikon Z6ii soon. Have you noticed any AF issues when shooting at higher FPS? Seems like the AF is working really really well.
Thank you, it is a great camera and I haven't noticed any AF issues at 100fps but I mainly shoot at 50fps
