@@plymouth-bbody I put them on all my muscle cars I’ve owned if it’s in the trunk like I’m putting my next ones ther still convenient instead of screwing around looking for a wrench you just turn or flip the do hicky cable ends I guess and ther only like 20 bucks on Amazon

I like the Mancini piece plus the seals but I’m sure ther expensive I wouldn’t offset it they used to in the old days but not so many do that no more

@@plymouth-bbody just what I need do you know were you bought it from I guess ther easy to find I what one my gas tank is rotten so I pulled it and I hate that spare tire drop on the dart so I’m going to put a fuel cell and two batteries are better than one

The theory is that there were some bolts on the back of the housing loose. And at pressure it was pushed of the matting surface which is inline with the vent location.

@@plymouth-bbody my buddy is pretty know in Ontario. Can I don’t know if you know the fastest little red expressing not the diesel the 440he holds the. Class record in can and USA my buddy did his transmission it lasted 10 years well really the only trouble he had was the plate cracked the flex Ten year of going to races every weekend he’s a great mechanic also he is good friends with Tim banning who took over Keith black that don’t matter in my books Dwight VORSTEVELD is one of the best mechanics for mopars in North America he just works mostly on big high end mopars this man know a lot but he don’t know everything as we all don’t he’s not good with internet we were talking about nicks garage and you tube he didn’t know that you got paid for you tube till last week at least you figured it out good for you my friend I want to see the bee go down the track

@@plymouth-bbody I will talk to my buddy tommorow he races HEMIS he’s very good at all things Mopar maybe he will no I’ll get back to you in next few days he built a transmission for the fastest lil red express truck in Canada and states he’s got the record the tranny has lasted 10 years it finally broke the flex plate he knows his mopars this guy races every weekend and for ten years he never touched it till now the flex plate broke if anybody would know my buddy will I’ll talk to him as soon as he gets back from Carlisle

@@plymouth-bbody it’s to do with the seal the torque converter something to do with that will make your tranny puke take out tranny I bet he’s right to do with torque converter I’ll talk to him tomorrow and he was selling a transmission wen I was ther today and was hard to understand but it’s to do with torque convertor

Not a seal I ll get him to explain tomorrow this guy is a really good Mopar mechanic he runs a 68 KB ALUMINUM HEMI WE KNOW THE OWNER TIM WHO IS FRIENDS WUTH MY BUDDY I DONT KNOW IF YOU KNOW LITTLE RED EXPRESSION FROM CANADA THAT WHOLD THE RECORD HE RACES EVERY WEEKEND FOR TEN YEARS AND THE TRANNY IS STILL GOINV STRONG SO ITS TO DO WITH YOUR TORQUE CONVERTOR AND I TRUST HIM ONE OF THE BEST IN SOUTHER ONT IF NOT THE BEST MOPAR GUY IN ONTARIO

Oh and the staggering the joints never worked for me. Used to put just a tiny dab of rtv on the joint and the Mancini kit has been around for quite a while but never used one myself. I went to A mega block when I hit the lottery. lol found a used one at a price I could afford

I am assuming indian head is grease. That is an aftermarket stroker crank , that was what my buddy Shane and i thought about the rope seal. I am not an engine builder . So that being said i was told the seals work with the styrations.(hopefully spelled that correct).

You got a great shop that deal come in a hi performance one from summit it’s thicker I BELIVE what Mopar Joes videos on how he does it maybe you have and he never gets a leak Thers also a cap and seals from Mancini that are beeffier a billet piece

You will make it work use lots of atv on the sides watch what Joe does if it keeps leaking just trying to help the last time I did one in my rd runner was back wen they were like a rope that was 45 years ago I don’t even know if they have the old rope style they sucked to change with motor in keep up the good work as Joe dirt says keep on keeping on
