Horses are living beings who think and feel. They need to be treated as such with love, care and respect. If that can't be provided, along with the shelter, fields, space and nutrition they need, then you shouldn't have Horses. The Horses on the estate are wandering on the road and on small patches of grass. That's far from sufficient. Galloping them on concrete alone is bad for their legs.

regeneration failed Moyross st Mary's park south hill and Ballinacurra Weston, what was the out come of this.

This is a marvellous memorial to the dead of this area and to the people who had to leave the area through Limerick City Council's policy of giving over the Council Area lands situated in desirable locations to private ownership at the expense of the Tenants and Residents living there.

The houses were knocked on 15th May 2013 and the wall was't touched!

Disgraceful. Same carry on in Moyross, perfectly good houses are being boarded up and left to rot.

We need more honesty and less promises, unfortunately most politicians will tell you what you want to hear. The truth might set you free, but it doesn't win elections.

Is Limerick City Council broken? Surely the first duty of a city council is to serve its citizens well. The citizens of Ballinacurra Weston are being ill served by Limerick City Council and its agencies. I wonder if the "county ethos" in the forthcoming united council will have any effect.

Thanks for your good wishes. As we said in our letter to Conn Murray: "We are not in the business in playing politics with our lives; we are not interested in trawling through the past to embarrass those that have failed us, but we do need to learn from those past mistakes." We protested outside City Hall on Monday and Willie came down and stood with us. Our policy is to work with anyone that is willing to work with us to improve our area.

Limerick City Council is broken, Perhaps the councillors and senior officials could arrange an educational trip to Tralee and learn how a conscientious and caring council manages a regeneration project.
