Interview question: Design an application for people to meet other people to work out with

Ben Gitles is a Product Manager at Google and is a 2021 alum of Northwestern's MMM program (MBA + M.S. in Design Innovation). Ben's career has consistently tracked along the intersection of business and technology. In undergrad at the University of Pennsylvania, he studied Networked and Social Systems Engineering with a minor in Engineering Entrepreneurship. He spent four years as a data analytics consultant at Applied Predictive Technologies, a subsidiary of Mastercard, where he helped clients use advanced analytics software to inform strategic decisions. He worked closely with product managers to inform dozens of feature enhancements, leading him to MMM with the goal of becoming a product manager. During Kellogg, Ben did five part-time internships in various roles and companies, as well as a summer internship as a PM on Google Fi Wireless. Now, Ben has been in Google's Chicago office for 3+ years, and he leads Fi's wholesale connectivity platforms for both cellular and Wi-Fi, powering seamless connectivity for millions of devices.
