You mistakenly swapped the values of X by Y and Y by X...

I checked the google and found that correct formula for I2'=I3-1/3(I3-I2) similarly for I3'=I4-1/3(I4-I3) only then it gives 170.66 the correct answer guys. Don't get confuse guys.Hope it will help you.
