Damned NEAR smashed one of these buggies coming around a long bend, very early one bright morning in PA in my 18-wheeler. Sun was low in the sky just after a rain & I didn’t see it until right up on it. My brown eye was so tight, you couldn’t have driven a needle in it with a sledgehammer. Thank God I missed him and no other traffic was coming toward me.
