For now, I'm just living my life doing my best to adult and be the best human I can learn to be. I would love to make some money doing something I love more than I hate as well as learn to not jump out of my skin everytime I'm in soical situations with new people.
Photography session and live music show...
I think I'm starting to find a place to fit in.
My tribe.
In the last 10 days I've had a photos session with
@thapowerful1 and been to a studio launch at @idio_sound_lab.
I usually have high levels of anxiety, especially around a bunch of new. people.
But both at the photos session and the launch party I felt calm for the most part.
Does that mean creatives are my people?
I hope so. I really want to find a place where I can feel at ease.
My new job is going well as well! I'm about 7 shifts in and I love it.

Hello My Lovelies, So, I VOTED! NDP baby. I'm pretty sure they help the homeless, people with mental health, and they're all about public transportation. Good and check and check... I also got a job, worked for one day, and got fired. My knee popped out and they said they can't have someone with that type of injury working for them. I'm broken. Literally. And it's making me broke. Anywho, check...

Good day Lovelies, I've learned a thing or two over the last 4 decades and this video is me sharing some of the major life lessons I've learned thus far. As you can see, romance isn't in this video, because I have no idea what I'm doing in that department. But the other advice is pretty tip top if I do say so myself. Hope it helps you in your life moving forward.

I'm trying to crack the code of e-commerce, and lemme tell ya. It's not easy. I recently purchased hosting for tassleemlee.com and created a shop. I bought an item to test it out and realized that I would lose $3 for every purchase. Hahaha! So I guess I have to do more digging around to figure out what the heck I'm doing. So, this video starts out with a bit of a chat about why I want to move to Ghana from Vancouver, BC Canada. Vancouver is one of the most beautiful places to live in the world, but finding community seems to be a struggle for me here. I'm hoping and praying that if I move to a part of the world where community is more of a corner stone of the Country, that I will find a tribe to take me under th...

For land purchase l recommend royal kingdom estate in Accra aburi with nice view just 45 minutes drive from kotoka international airport 95 percent are diasporas.
Are you from the islands or is your folks from West Africa?
My parents are from Trinidad and Tobago. How about you?
@@tassleemlee ok so you know about doubles, bust up and bake n salt fish. If you're parents were taking you home 🇹🇹 when you were a child Ghana won't be a big culture shock for you. But I'm curious why haven't you buy land in T&T especially Tobago which have beautiful hill top properties and lands with beautiful sea views. Anyways my dad is Guyanese and mom is Nigerian.

I'm sitting here scratching my head, my sister pls and pls don't be overly excited. Owning a land is great and i hope you did the needful, i feel annoyed and ashamed when diasporas gets scammed buying land in 🇬🇭Ghana. Hope you're not one of the victims 🤔🙏🏾
Thank you for your concern.
Dear, you can't buy land that fast. it's not just about paying. it can take at least 2 months. many searches and verifications must be done at the land commission only. Cancel your transfer. You are being scammed. You have a fake indenture. They will let you build then you will see land guards and the trouble begins. please . An indenture does not mean you own the land. You must register the land before they can put your name on it. There can be more owners of that land. They will fight . sometimes it even gets violent. you can buy, but you MUST know how. Start over, learn the right way.
Thanks for your concern. I am doing my best.
She cannot survey the land with a post. there is a machine used to measure the land perfectly. it cost about 70 dollars about 900 gh. A guy will come. There is a building in Accra where all surveyors get certified. go there. She cannot match the comissions site plan her way. She needs a certified surveyor. These people will smile call you daughter, sister, mommy and clean you out. In Ghana you will never get your money back. Nothing to protect you.. no survey is done with a pole. Ask people , look on UA-cam and see all the people that came there and got scammed. watch videos on how to buy land there. UA-cam land scams in Ghana. more than 50 percent are scammed. please listen. They are not being honest with you. If you don't register right, They will tear down your house and take the property back. please UA-cam and see them destroy property. You will never get your land, your money will be gone. Nobody will help you. They will pretend, The lawyers will clean you out. You will not win. Please this is not a joke. talk to people. don't give them money.
Yes, please make sure the land is registered.
Okay. Thanks Mawoenawo.
Royal Kingdom in Aburi would assure you of a land free from litigation. Contact The Bodleys they are with Royal Kingdom and on UA-cam l@@tassleemlee
how much is the land?
I plan to buy land in ghana to
Amazing! When?
You have made a huge mistake. please. This is dangerous.
Please sister. you must go to the land commission and do 2 searches. one to verify that the seller owns the land. two, to check if there are no litigation on the land. you should not sign for land alone. before you sign an indenture you must also get a surveyor to measure your land properly. he must match that survey with the site plan that is at the land commission. you should get that first. when signing the Indenture you need 2 witnesses to sign also. your indenture is negotiated with you and the seller. Then you sign with witnesses. This is the only way you can get your land registered. this is another process. You can start building with a signed indenture. You can get a permit to build, but your land is not yours legally until you get that certified land deed. You must register for this right away or your land can be taken from you any day. you need all previous docs to register properly.. please please be careful. you should not have signed that indenture. the seller knows that. .
Oh my.
I just subscribed. I guess I am late with my land buying advice. Good luck then.
@@asantewaa391 Hi Asantewaa, thanks for subscribing.
I've been talking with Yousort Group about land. I really want to come next month to look at land, I'm torn between Aburi and Pram Pram. Thanks for providing Hotel info as well. How long did you stay in Ghana? I was told if I came to buy land I should stay 1 1/2 months to finalize all the paperwork, which Ideally I'd like to stay no more than two weeks and come back and build. Also came you give the contact info to who you used for a lawyer and land survey?
I like Prampram because it is close to the beach. And I went to Aburi at 6am and it was so cold. Send me an email and I will help you out. tassleem.lee@gmail.com
You can only lease land, per Ghana's website. You cannot buy land. How long is your land lease? Is lease transferable?
Yes. I am aware. Thanks. It is for 50 years. :)
Congratulations on your purchase. I hope you did your due diligence and got a lawyer involved in your land acquisition because land scams in Ghana is on steroids.
Thanks Anthony. I did get a lawyer. It's been smooth sailing thus far. Thanks
About the dollar is not scam, is true
Thanks. Yes, I was told after.
Congratulations on you new journey and being a land owner…❤…What company did you contact for this land, I’m interested.❤
Thank you Sparkles. If you google "Father Abraham Thesoulspeaker" and Hortla Construction (Hortla.org), those are the two orgs. I worked with.
Please accept my sincere congratulations on the acquisition of your new plots of land. I wish you the utmost success in your endeavors. It is refreshing to see young individuals like yourself demonstrate the courage to pursue their dreams. I embarked on a similar journey approximately 17 years ago and continue to work diligently towards my goals. May divine blessings be upon you. I shall monitor your progress with keen interest. Best regards, Skipper
Thanks Skipper. Did you buy land in Ghana as well?
Remember Knowledge is Power 💯💃🏾👌🏽 I know of many youtube sites that speak about what they have been through let me know if you want more info🤷🏽♀️
Ok. Thanks.
And also please show her those youtubers who has also been able to achieved what they want or been able to make progress, not always talking about negative.
@NANAAGYEMANGFINEST I will be happy to do that. Yet whether you are living in Africa or another country, you know that Ghana is not a safe place for a young single woman. They will chop her money and leave her broken and stranded. I think it would take about 6 months💯🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
A really good channel is, "Africa Building Hub" There a thumbnail called, UK to Ghana I Lost Everything Buying A House. Even the host admitted he lost $20,000 in a landscam.
Oh and it's going to be super easy for you to find a husband in Ghana just flash your Canadian passport 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️💯
????????
@user-zl8kn5bz4n common don't be silly you know exactly what I'm talking about
I have spent time in Ghana and trust me it is not the paradise that some like to pretend it is💯
Noted.
Do we have paradise on this earth 🌎... everyone has his or her choices, Where u feel is paradise for u might not be the same for another..there are good and bad everywhere... let's be positive sometimes.
@@NANAAGYEMANGFINEST I agree Nana. There is good and bad everywhere. I am learning to be more positive.
Everyone have different experience. Our fingers are not the same
@user-zl8kn5bz4n It's safe for short visits for a single lady but not long time living there. Unfortunately most of Africa does not see women as equal to men
You should have traveled to other countries prior to making a decision on where you want to live in Africa.
Am sure she knows where she wants to live
@user-zl8kn5bz4n How could she know if she has not spent any time there or visited enough other countries to 💯🤦🏽♀️

Plus Ghana is a huge country how do you know if that is the right area for you. Also there is nothing out there and you will be a target as a foreigner.
Thank you for your concern.
Ghana is one of the safe country

@tassleemlee Most youtubers who only glamorize Africa are usually participating in the land scams that go on. I would suggest you look at "Inez Finley" channel she lost a lot as well as a channel called "Africa Building Hub" There is an excellent video with the thumbnail, UK to Ghana Lost Everything Buying A House. It's a 3 part series and gives a lot of information. Even the host of the video admitted he lost $30,000 in a land scam. I also personally know of a local Ghanaian who was scammed attempting to buy land. If you're are interested because there are plenty of stories on youtube I have seen.🤷🏽♀️ Remember Knowledge is Power💯💃🏾👌🏽

Oh Beautiful Sweet Tassleem I fear your making so many rookie mistakes. The fact that your realtor does not want to be filmed or even allow his business info to be put out let's me know it is a land scam. Please don't buy that second plot and try to cancel the 1st deal, although I know they will never let you.😫
Hi I just discovered your channel. I hope your doing well. I am curious have you visited any other parts of Africa?
Yes. I've been to Senegal and Tunisia
