It's an alright song, but it makes the game feel even more goofy that it already is.

i really like the instruments that have been added here! if i can make a suggestion - the contrast between those instruments & the 8 bit sounds are a little strong, maybe substitute the main and bg melodies for something more fitting of the genre like a hang drum maybe? acoustic guitar? flute?

Oooooh yeah, i remember hearing this song while fighting my best friend in Soul Edge. The fights were hard, the results close, the weapons of both of us nearly or fully destroyed and the mood was fantastic. No retreat - no surrender! Still gives me goosebumps after all those years!
