I made this with four frequencies that are said to help with endometriosis and pain. One of those frequencies is the 512 Hz, produced with a tuning fork. This version has ocean wave sounds for further relaxation.

You may use this sound a few times or up to 30 minutes to an hour. You can try to loop it longer if you feel it helps. Listen every day until you get results. If you start getting a headache stop and continue later or the next day. Play on low volume.
