The volume booster don’t increase the flow / volume. Second name is pilot operated Regulator. Means that you are able to control a big size regulator with high flow with a small pilot regulator. The booster has a ratio 1:1.

My pressure regulator was not regulating at all and it turns out that the "regulating tapet" was seized. A little wd40 and gentle cleaning was all it took. Thanks for the great video, saved me 30 bucks!
