After this process, can i use the USB to transfer those files to me pc so that i can upload them for sharing ?

I really need help installing because mine stopt at a point with installing every single time when I try again

whenever i analyse my tracks the export button doesn't appear do i need to have a usb button plugged in for the button to appear

If you wanted Virtual DJ to be the best, you should have just made a video about Virtual DJ..... Pioneer is the most popular brand, obviously its software will be highly rated. Its the club/ festival/ industry standard. The real point is though- it doesn't matter- you can DJ perfectly fine on any of these, even the beatport one.

Ok so no to Apple? Yes to Hp? I have Hp and record box and I and not having the best experience so I was going to switch to Mac. May just just stick to HP

I USED A LENOVO AND STILL USING IT UP TO THIS DAY I ONLY HAD ONE PROBLEM WITH IT THE SCREEN WENT BAD

In my experience the big difference is the drivers. On PC laptop this just always sucks. I have an XPS and it just doesn’t want to do music. I fixed it once by removing the chipset driver. But its just too much hassle. Also running internal midi between apps isnt nice on Windows. Maybe its better on those new Qualcom laptops. Haven’t tried those yet. On my MacBook it is painless but then you have to put up with a screen where the keyboard is imprinted because Apple can’t build laptops properly and they will screw you over at every chance they get.

Hi mate , i just got my 1 st dj deck Ddj Flx-4 . I made an acc to rekordbox and i linked the controller . I downloaded RB7 but cant get the free plan as you got it in vid . Mine show up there TRIAL , any advice please? I mention that im 100 % begginer , never touched a deck before , and a program like RB

I disagree that Rekordbox is the best. First Rekordbox uses a subscription model. Secondly, the idea of industry standard is rubbish -- this is not a qualification but a designation that UA-cam reviewers use say that it feels familiar to them. New DJ's have no idea of what is familiar. Traktor is the best software as it pertains to capabilities. No software is more capable than Traktor with support for Stems and Remix Decks. Traktor is also based on a perpetual license so that you don't have to pay monthly.

I exported the multiple playlist. But when i check the folder from the device my laptop. The song isnt inside of folder. Each song has a folder. And when i put my usb into rx2. The file is not inside of playlist. But in different folder name key. I confuse

Im user of serato and I cant agree with you about the grid. I can say its correct 90% of the times.

I was wondering why when I made a backup that the file was only half a GB in size. Didn’t know there was a bug in RB7 so you need to copy your music folder separately

Someone made a usb for me so it’s got a lot of songs on etc, I now want to add songs onto that usb does my usb still need formatting when I plug it into my computer as he downloaded the songs on his laptop and then to the usb and then gave it me. Is there anyway I can plug that usb into my computer start downloading songs and also keep the old songs on the USB?

I am a Rekordbox user has subscription of creative plan for 2 years, by the way, i needed to recover my MacBook Pro computer, after macOS installation, i installed Rekordbox which is the version 7.05. Then, i was so disappointed, i asked: Where is the Rekordbox? Because there was another application with total different looking and options named Rekordbox 7.05. Such ridicolous. My question is: How can i get back to my previous Rekordbox? Why does Rekordbox change our Dj system that we have used? I must end my subscription, that is not acceptable situation. This is so rude. Shame on you Rekordbox. We are paying to you every month and what are you doing? What is that crap version called Rekordbox 7.05?

Would any edits or changes made using the flash drive for our songs be saved when we use a different device for Rekordbox? For context, I am using a Pioneer DJ FLX4 and have songs downloaded from my computer on a USB drive for if I use my friends laptop. So if any changes were made using my friends laptop which is using the flashdrive, would they be saved if I used it again on my primary computer?

It’s crazy how outdated this is but it’s still in clubs. It even loads songs slow. Denon killed this…

Rekordbox being sluggish? I'm running it on a Mac Studio M2 Ultra and it certainly doesn't feel that way. Disclaimer: no I haven't used it on older hardware.

i have exported playlist in usb drive and it was working on cdj but i did again and now it dosen’t work anymore.. the cdj is reading the usb but the playlist dosen’t appear ? Is this because im using the free version ?

If you accidently delete a memory que how do you get it back?

I use to export using sync manager but since I upgraded to rekordbox 7 sync manager option is gone now i have to export one by one

VDJ is literally the best, it can read rekordbox playlist and hotcues plus serato crates and hotcues as well. VDJ stems is the best in the market even better than serato. Serato is over priced and slow. VDJ is cheaper & faster in anyway.

Could someone explain to me why in the sources on the left there is the Itunes music application? Does this mean that we can import our music directly from the application? Does this mean that we can also use spotify or not? Because I don't have itunes music. Also, if we import music directly from our files, does that mean we have to download them one by one beforehand? In other words, convert each track from youtube to mp3. Sorry for my questions, I'm just starting out in djing and everything seems complex. Thx in advance :)

Started on Rekordbox 5, Kept my 5 library and went to 6 on another drive. Kept using 5 and thought "surely 7 will be better" Still on RB 5. I'm really tempted to move off of the "pioneer" ecosystem at this point. I absolutely do not need anything more than 5 can give me but I'm unsure that if I upgrade hardware I can use it. Also WHY IN THE HELL are the preferences not stored int eh database?
