What plans did you use please there's no website link?
I just found this. I would love to know how much the vardo weighed when completed please
I know I'm late to the party but this is AMAZING! Where did you get the plans? I think I could build this too!
I just found this. Cool.
Did you switch out the hubs or axel from the original HF set up ? What tires did you change to ? What was the final weight ? Inspiring build and travel.
website not working
I watched your build videos. Thank you for the complete process. The caravan has turned out very nicely! Do you know how much it weighs?
I’m not how much it weighs but I hope to take it to a weigh station at some point. We took another trip from Florida to Michigan so I probably have over 6,000 miles on it now.
Do you have a video about making the bows?
Was that it at the very end?
top marks old chap!
Really nice
What are the demotions of the door
At what speeds did you travel?
We tried to keep it around 65 but would go faster when passing someone.
Yall those harbor freight trailers have a weight limit and speed limit...
Perfect
Oh and i love your gypsy wagon!
Is there anything you would change on the build now that you’re finished?
I would make it a few inches wider, I am a bit over 6 foot and the bed is not quite long to straighten out on. Folks under 6 feet fit fine on it. I would also choose better quality materials, I wasn’t that confident in what I was doing and didn’t want to spend extra money on something that might not work out. In the end it turned out great and would be better still if I had upgraded things like the quality of wood I used and there are better trailers than the Harbor Freight trailer I used.
Ffs That's just a caravan. Vardos have 4 wheels made by master crafters. Celts or Romany.you have no clue just piggybacking.
Enjoyed watching this build. Good Job!
Oh yeah!
Chicago Canvas sells White Translucent Waterproof and Non Moulding canvas grommets every ft.
Are ye Roma? Or just using gypsy as trendy name?
I just added the word adventure to the name of the plans I used from American Vardo but who knows, maybe I have some Roma in me.
I am Roma and not offended. Just let the dude build his Vardo
.a cool video keep up the great content.. Thank you…
Thanks
beautiful landscape pictures and video - glad you had fun
Thanks, I definitely want to go back to Vermont and spend some time there.
Nice job on the video. As a child after riding in the back of Uncle Bob's 55 Chevy wagon (no third seat) with a cousin we saw the Canadian falls at night all lit up like that and I had rainbow trout for dinner. I still have my souvenir pocket knife.
Sounds like you had a fun trip. I wondered if they lit the falls up back in the day.
@@gypsycaravanadventures2067 Yes, and viewed from the Canadian side
A beautiful video featuring happy people. Thanks for showing.
Except for the black - flies and mosquitoes, Maine is a great place to visit. This was a really nice video.
So cool Jody. Can't wait for you all to bring it to our Beauty Spot
Love this instructional video. Appreciate the details Jody.
Thanks, it’s been a lot of fun to build so far
Nice ride but what was the critter or critters that crossed the trail right at the beginning?
Fun to watch
