By the way, are they shure, You Tube stuff, that claim on this composition was really addressed from Sony company and theirs child company, cos what if this claim was filled by some pretending hackers? Cos I must tell that hackers are trying social engeeniring on me for years and I reported that in Valencia and in Ljubljana ...few times but in connection with organised crimes against me, cos they were participating in connection with all those things.

Of course to be clear they were trying to ID music on this video, which is not theirs version of Beethoven's piano sonata nr. 8 Pathetic (called enywhere performed or on sheet music).

To explain more, there is no similarity in instruments or sound recording and production, between ID claimed by sombedy from Sony...company, as they claimed, cos composition is Beethoven sonata nr 8 called Pathetic, they play this composition on many classical piano performenc albums, and that album they claim is also just piano recital recorded performence as I could leasten after that claim, cos I wrnt to listen for a while on You Tube music, and as I could heard is just piano performence of this Beethovens vomposition, and I listen some other performers recoded on piano on their albums, but my version is electronic version with added drum arrangment and my production, so why they are waiting with putting it down the ID claim. Maybe becouse You Tube is allowing them for 30 days to have time to response? Well, if this is their mistake and didnt leasened versions at all they shouldn't fill that ID claim, cos You Tube rules are that they got to know for what they are claiming...

After I filled dispute to Sony, I checked on You Tube music for claimed author, Wich is supposed to be by their claim Rudolf Sterling Sonata number 8 Pathetique, and find this published album, which is obviously Beethoven's composition with this name and yes album of this man where it is definitely written it is Beethoven's sonata nr. 8 Pathetique, so my dispute is good or not, it is public domain composition by checking this album too.

I got on this my video here today ID claim from Sony company, which is not copyright strike against me, but just copyright ID claim and at same time permission that it stays published, but I don't agree with this, so I filled on You Tube form also dispute against this, cos I made my own version of public domain composition as I explained in dispute answer. Answer I filled to them is pasted bellow this, so it is public to inform what is happening, cos is my yt channel. My dispute answer: I downloaded midi file of composition on Mutopia website, which offers free public domain midi and PDF files to download them and use them without restrictions as you want it, after that I made in my computer daw system studio synthesized version of a song with arranging drums of my choice and arrangment for the song recording, so I set my original electronic sounds and arrangements for all and put all production plugins for mixing and mastering my version of composition and produced and mixed and exported this original sound recording version of public domain composition Who from Sony company filled the ID claim, did he listen, and did he know the author of composition, cos I think is in public domain long time as it is information on Mutopia foundation website and is classical era composition. All the rest of copyrights of sound recordings and music productions are solely mine, as I described, except composition, for which is claimed to be in public domain.

Music is my version and in computer studio made sound recording and my production of Pathetic... Classical music, composition in public domain.

Prizma 3d is a name of Android 3d app, where I put my figure inside, before I am gonna use it in UE, BLENDER ETC.

I kinda like it, I dont know why... it sounds random and chaotic, but there is something behind it that makes me want to hear more full version when?

And this is my the most new original music I made, electronic. Titled I will get you too for it.

by the way that Bandicam is app for screencapture I am using now.

for drums I just put in simple drum loop, looping, no variations for now.

of course house complex is my 3d creation too.

For background on video clip I used my picture from my 3d project, made moths ago.

I have to tell that I had problem with importing fbx format with animation in this Android app, it was animating but with a lot of sudden seemingly random legs or hands far, quick displacement, do I had to use here glb format with animation, when importing, to not get such a big mistakes on animated characters, in this format the same exported animation and character is doing very well here. I can tell that I got experience with such animation errors in Blender 3d program on PC too, for fbx filesso I used to import collada format into Blender, and it was well, talking for egzample animations from Maximo, Which are popular. I know that some of these programs and platforms are using different fbx and settings so it depends on that too.

Using Deep motion, and export from there on mobile phone into Prizma 3d app, there putting for background my photo from Marseille-church. First of course I recorded myself with Android phone camera my few seconds moves, then cut unnecessary off, and upload it onto Deep motion site to extract moves on 3d avatar, custom combination a bit.

And I uploaded with this video my more uncorrected experimental minimalistic hard core electronic synth jam I did on PC few months ago.

I forgot to mention, VFX on background and so are from my Blender 3d projects recorded on video before, and I put em here, these are particle effects with different forces and moving directions I did in that project.

And all new projects were on these discs too.

I published most of these videos, but not with this my music, made in Waveform Traction studio before the June 2024. And by the way, they stole again my 2 laptop computers in Valencia Spain this July 2024, and my 2 external discs with all my projects dating from June 2023 till this July 2024, I reported this on police station in Valencia.
