We are Denmark’s national human rights institution. Internationally, we work with National Human Rights institutions, state institutions with a cross-cutting human rights mandate and justice system actors, enabling them to strengthen human rights.
We assist in building well-functioning legal systems abroad and to ensure the influence of civil society.
We aid private companies in assessing the impact of their work on human rights.
We support authorities in enhancing their knowledge and implementation of human rights.
In Denmark, we advise the government, the parliament, ministries and public authorities on human rights and we produce analyses and research on human rights.

The Indigenous Navigator
This video presents the Indigenous Navigator, a framework and set of tools for and by indigenous peoples to systematically monitor the level of recognition and implementation of their rights.
By using the Indigenous Navigator, indigenous organisations and communities, duty bearers, NGOs and journalists can access free tools and resources based on community-generated data.
The Indigenous Navigator monitors the implementation of:
The UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples;
Core human rights conventions as they pertain to indigenous peoples;
Essential aspects of the Sustainable Development Goals;
The outcomes of the World Conference on Indigenous Peoples.
The Indigenous Navigator uncovers the crucial links between the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP), the commitments put forward in the Sustainable Development Goals and in the Outcome Document of the World Conference on Indigenous Peoples.
This video was produced with the financial support of the European Union. Its contents are the sole responsibility of the Danish Institute for Human Rights and do not necessarily reflect the view of the European Union.

Hello what are the tools used for implementation of human rights based approach
Million Dollar Potential in Ruvol I have invented a Board Game [still unpublished and not yet out in the market] that is guaranteed to be far more challenging and exciting than CHESS. I called it “RUVOL.” Over time, Ruvol will surpass chess as the “Number One Board Game in the World.” Why am I so sure about this? Because I am an avid chess player myself. The weakness of chess is it always starts in fixed positions that the opening moves become “memorisable.” In fact, not a few have so mastered the moves that they can play against their opponents “blindfolded.” It’s for this reason I invented Ruvol where every game is always challenging and exciting to play. Ruvol is played somewhat like chess. The people who play chess will be the same kind of people who will play Ruvol. I purposely invented Ruvol to give chess a direct “apple-to-apple” competition. At present, there is no other board game in the world within the same category of chess “where chess players can switch to.” Chess is totally a monopoly in its class. And Ruvol is bound to change all that! In my Google search, I learned there are around 800 million chess players in the world. These 800 million players comprise the “Total Potential Buyers” of Ruvol across the globe. At an average profit of just US$3 per set, the “Global Income Potential” of Ruvol then is US$2.4 billion. Assuming only 1% of it will buy each year, the annual global potential sale is US$24M. I AM SELLING MY COPYRIGHT TO RUVOL. For the reason that I don’t have the resources to publish Ruvol on a global scale, I find it “wiser” to simply sell my copyright. If you’re interested to buy my copyright, email me your BEST PRICE OFFER-[the copyright goes to the most reasonable bid]. My email address is: rodolfovitangcol@gmail.com. [Or perhaps you can help me find a buyer, and I’ll reward you with a commission.] HOW IS RUVOL PLAYED? 1. The Ruvol board is rectangular in shape and contains 114 squares in all. 2. It is a game for two players, each one taking turns in making their moves. 3. Each player has 15 pieces each on their respective sides of the board. 4. The starting formation is fixed but the pieces can be placed randomly, depending on the players’ strategy. 5. Each type of piece moves in a distinct way. 6. If the way to win chess is to checkmate the opponent’s king, the way to win Ruvol is to be able to cross a designated line. 7. The game requires strategic thinking since the moves cannot be memorized due to random positioning of the pieces at the start of every game. Thanks and God bless! RODOLFO MARTIN VITANGCOL The Ruvol Inventor

Fuck you🖕 You dictect so fast,that I am not able to grasp it.
Insightful. Very true that your actions or project is not the only one influencing change coz there are other actors as well who might be working for the same cause.
👍🏻
are a complete chusquito
I think the UNGPs is a kind of a soft law or regulations, therefore which probably lack of the legal binding and influence. For EU or USA, like developed countries they have advanced knowledges based on CSR and Human Rights. But for my country China, the concept and understanding of CSR and Business Human Rights are absolutely vague and complicated, also from the governance. I believe most Chinese companies they are even don't know what is the UNGPs, and what is the International human rights Law, or the OECD Guidelines. This is unfortunate.
China is an authoritarian state that systematically violates the human rights of its own citizens, for example by heavy censorship, so no wonder UNGPs are ignored there.
