How was the room experience?

when i booked it was only 100$ more for the platinum upgrade over 7 nights, it's worth it, better food, drinks, and room location.

this place is 10/10 great rooms, beach, food, drinks, pool. take an Uber from the airport, it's cheaper. The staff is nice here, there's resorts close by that are very similar for 2-4 times the price. also, try all the restaurants if you have time.

you have to make reservations or can you walk in if theres open tables?I heard at SOHO if you aren't a platinum guest you can pay 35$ to go in and it's worth it.

Did they allow you to do restaurant hopping if do not enjoy food? As we are going there for honeymoon and I have a very fussy hubby to be with food. As worried if we went to one and he did not like it - can we go elsewhere? As I saw you went from Mexican restaurant to Sushi?

This was awesome, thank you! I've never been to an all inclusive and we are looking into this place for next Spring. I'm also from Toronto so my food standards are quite high but I'm told you can't really expect too much from any of the all-inclusives food wise over there so this definitely helped me to manage my expectations in the future! Who did you book with? Any tips flying from Toronto would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I was there in April, and I love it, but I don’t think the room was to clean. Smelly pillow, the shower was dirty and they do not change the bedspread. My 3 year old got a rash and today he is still recovering, the doctor said he got mouth, hands and feet virus, really bad. The curtain was very dusty smelly and dirty

do you have to request towel change and cleaning or they do it everyday? do they get access to your room or that happens if you request it ?
