Stormtrooper hitting a tree sound
What is that sound, equipment malfunctioning? Back in the 80s I thought perhaps he could have been robotic or something.

Another piece of nostalgia that I found laying around. Live performances from Cro-Mags, Leeway, Biohazard, and Type O Negative at Lamour, Brooklyn, NY in 1991. Old school NY Hardcore.

2003 New Year ball drop / peach drop (New Year's eve 2002)

Found this in a folder of really old analog tv captures. I sort of remember capturing this, but don't ask me why though because I dont know lol. I think I was just playing with my new Ati all-in-wonder capture card. Nostalgic.
Atlanta ice storm 2014 - Fox5 morning news from 1/29/14
Переглядів 8 тис.7 років тому
I found this with some old cable card capture files. A small portion of Atlanta ch5 morning news from 1/29/14, the day after that terrible ice storm hit North GA and turned most roads into vehicle littered parking lots for a couple of days. This clip is only about 12mins, I did not edit any of it out. I remember recording more of it, but this is all i've found so far. If I find more I will post...
Z-Rock 99.1 KDZR - early 92
Переглядів 7 тис.8 років тому
I was going through some old tapes and found this and thought I would share it for nostalgia sake. This was recorded off of KDZR 99.1 in Dallas, Tx in early 1992 sometime. If I can find anymore tapes of z-rock I will cap/share them also. This station kicked ass back in the day. -uploaded in HD at www.TunesToTube.com
His guitar work on Razormaid and Bangalore Choir albums are phenomenal.
I wonder how many people blew up their amps from this video? He has the voltage regulation wrong it’s 90 watts he switched it to not 140 or 150….
tom petty?
He is the same Curt Mitchell who killed Tanya Tadoc ?
Is this the guy who's in prison now?
when white people started acting like black people
13:29 best part
Curt was a inspiration to me. Had all his tape back in the day
By Grabthar's hammer you shall be avenged
O M G ❤
All those many beatings Worf took in TNG really made his plot armor THICC
Holy crap man, DS9 had so many banger episodes. It’s not just my favorite science fiction show it’s my favorite show period.
The pure, unadulterated catharsis Damar got out of this is off the flippin' charts. Also, anyone else notice at 1:50 that Cardassian to Damar's left smirking?
I could swear they also were running the episode promos as far back as Penumbra with "The End of a Legend Has Begun" at the heads.
Curt figured Eruption dive bomb(delay) trick- exact- Curt is king
I was watching this on my tv and thinking "i gotta get on my phone to post a "thank you man, this is really helpful" comment" and then i realized this guy from 30-40 years ago wouldnt be able to see my comment haha damn
By Grebthar's Hammer you shall be avenged
I bought all this guys videos back I. The 80’s. Didn’t learn S 😂👎🤡
Nobody did this better than Curt, still holds up after all these years
40:24 "They're just happy guys. How could you not be?" as he rolls his eyes.
To this day, I tune my A string first.
The dude is clearly off about a ton of information...the variac turned to 150v...the first album was loaded with mids not treble ...evh used an echoplex and boss eq for a boost ...2 different speakers jbl and greenbacks...I'm not being rude but this is way off ...great player but not the best evh guy
I had a vhs tape of him when I was a kid.
Favorite parts: 7:41, 11:14, 14:25, 27:35,
Zeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ROCK!! Yeah, baby!
still got this on vhs 😁
2:39🎉🎉🎉🎉 CHEERS TO 2003!!
Nea graduated Tustin High School in 2003 with Diploma and Enzo was attending Tustin High School as a sophomore year.
he had me at Detune or Die back decades ago when i had this on VHS- our joke about his shirt
Used to have this on DVD. “People call that tapping. It ain’t tapping”. “It’s not a bar … it’s a delay”. He knew his stuff.
hahaha
@@arthurmurfitt7698 “You have to have your phase shifter AFTER your delay pedal!”
I had this video (and others). I still say “tune it or die” 30 years later. 🤘🏻
“God Bless the USA” - Lee Greenwood
Wow! Just found out this guy went to jail for murder a few years ago… 😮
NOT THE SAME GUY!!!
@@garettoverstreet sadly it is, just Google him.
Broke my heart. ❤
20:50 Sony 5 Disk Cd Changer. Love this guy!
Extremely complete
Title should be: How to become a Van Halen PhD
do you still have the guitar tabs came to what the vhs tape
OK?
23 minutes in & I can't believe what I'm seeing here. It's confirmed right here, folks. Eddie Van Halen is just a man. He was doing what anyone could do. He just played guitar & knew how to use the equipment that he had been exposed to. So that's it.
Wow this is amazing! I had the VHS as a kid and wish i had it now. It came with a tab booklet....i dont suppose a yone has a link to a digital version of the booklet? Thanks!
They he played women in love was insane
Curt still surfaces! ua-cam.com/video/qGWmIedCrAo/v-deo.htmlsi=r6RF4P_59vt_CFAe
Something that called my attention is that all of the deep knowledge Curt displays of EVH's style and techniques is really an amazing work of research, experimentation and intuition because at that time there was no Wikipedia, UA-cam or IG, FB, TT etc. so most of what he is teaching he had to deduct from reading articles and by his privileged ear, profound analysis, knowledge of the guitar and understanding of EHV unique feel. Kudos to Curt and thanks to Todd for the upload.
2:38 Pororo The Little Penguin Is Born
I recall watching this after it came out. He is great. Funny too!
I will say : Curt Mitchell NAILS the Van Halen 1 album tones , here - put it this way : it’s as close as you can get with gear that’s accessible to anybody interested in it .
I still have the old VHS instructional videos. Curt Mitchell is an awesome guitar player and instructor. He teaches not only the notes and techniques of iconic guitarists, but he also gives insights into expressing the feeling of the particular styles he's illustrating. I've learned a lot from his Van Halen and Stevie Ray Vaughn videos in particular.
Was this video really released in 1995? At 02:00 Curt mentions 77-78 and that it was "12-13 years ago".
Wow 20 years later how things have changed. LOL. I was 8 going on 9 when this happened.
