The quickest way to defeat him is to get a star by interrupting his uppercut then you preform an infinite on him and there’s 2 patterns 1 (for the gut) 2 (for the face) or the other way around but if you’re playing with a Wii mote and nunchuck it’s harder but once he gets up interrupt the uppercut and immediately use your star

Recap of 1st part of the session: DM gave a quick recap of session one all the characters were introduced. The party was selected by the 7 Fates to Heaven's Tower Academy but they find that Candor was not selected by the 7 Fates while he is in the process of getting a book translated by the librarian, Grimoire who slaps him with the book and transports Candot inside it where Candor inspects some trees with runes on them and ends up discovering that the 7 Fates have a plan to eradicate all races besides humans and elves as those are the only 2 races that properly woship the Fates. Besides that, the party has been told to start their 4th year at the Academy as they have failed every class, quest and placed last in almost every competition and they are told if they dont reach a certain level requirement by the end of the school year, they will be expelled as they are far behind. The party later has their first mock battle of the year in which they face an F-Rank party, despite being F-Rank, the other party is decently strong. The main party does unexpectedly well against the F-Ranks (Much to DM's surprise) succesfully knocking out two members but still lose the battle. Impressed by the party's battle prowess, the leader of the opposing party, Eren Emerson(?) promises to provide help to the party if they require it. They later find out that Eren was kicked from his own party but Grimm and Morzan agreed to let him join the party on their first quest to the labyrinth. However, Grimm required Eren beg on his knees to her to join the party (courtesy of a good roll from her and bad roll from him) and Eren ended up becoming her "dog". 4 party members, Druina, Grimm, Morzan and Eren go to town to buy supplies for the quest meanwhile Drugun follows Candor to the library as he thinks Candor is acting funny. Candor discovers the truth from Grimoire and put both Candor and Drugun into the book as he sussed out that Candor was trying to figure out more info. Candor this time sees that the trees are connected and goes through them in chronological order. Due to his first experience with the book, he is able to unravel more info. When they got to the last tree, it started to rot away and the words transformed into this inky black void substance which absorbs them into the tree and they find themselves in an empty void. Drugun sees a shiny light and goes to reach to it but his hand gets covered in the ink meanwhile Candor hears a detached voice call out "Why?" But Grimoire pulls Candor and Drugun out of the book and tells them to run away and they see a large black void entity behind Grimoire. The entity absorbs Grimoire, Drugun tries to save Grimoire but all he manages to save is Grimoire's severed hand (poor guy). They then try to escape and thats when DM realizes his mic is on the wrong audio track. Hope this helps :)
