I always get excited when I see the first signpost for The lake district, even after all these years and a trip to Ambleside and up to see Stock Ghyll Force is always a treat. The Sunday dinner at the Lake View in Windermere looked amazing, shame the weather did not match it! Good to see the weather did improve for Keswick and we always eat upstairs at Bryson's every time we go there. Cheers Alan

We visited this interesting shopping place when we were in Cornwall a few years ago. We also ate in the cafe there.

Never been to Cornwall, keep saying we must go but still on the to do list. I do like my food and chocolate and this looks a very good rain day place to visit, I could visit the café and the chocolate places and Mrs Metalman could visit the other shops, cheers Alan
