Good video. Too bad the name Julian isn’t in the title. When I was shopping to purchase the Julian workstation for my kitchen it was difficult to find videos.

What type of stone is sintered stone made up? Does it use resin binder? Is it treated with anti-microbial coating (not desirable)?

Why don’t they make the entire home a kitchen. Who the heck is dropping by that they need that much room. That would actually have a lonelier feel to it. Probably the exact opposite impression you’d want to give.

I know you said its a client kitchen but this has to be a display kitchen...who needs 3 microwaves in a kitchen...I now need to know why! The 3 ovens and 3 sinks make all the sense in the world as does the fridge sizing but the other one that stumps me is why is there 2 separate cooking areas especially when the induction top (assuming it is) looks to be unvented...

Agreed on the lack of creativity comment but this kitchen is way north of 100k in cost...thats probably their total cabinet, stone, and appliance costs withotu any actual work being done - those appliances alone are about $45-60k depending on the specific ovens he picked and such. Heck my home is not worth anywhere near that 12M mark and my kitchen is going to cost about that much if not more in just materials...CA prices for you...

Blackened SS sink...so in a few months rhey will have a new sink...has no one learned from the blackened SS appliance trend from 5yrs ago...

I like pocket doors for a different reason. No one walks into them and no one can slam them.

Pocket doors are never installed correctly. Complicated hinges for the kitchen cabinet ones are hard to find and hard to service.

It bothers me so much that those two cubies on top of the fridge are not level with eachother, but then again, the trim on the fridge isn't either and it leads to a very unsightly and unprofessional look that immediatly undoes your claims of quality.
