    Thanks for the recommendation, we visited tonite and everyone was super impressed. We ordered pretty much everything on the skewers menu and loved it! Washed down 3 rounds of food with umeshu (plum wine), yuzu sours and beers. A must visit if you’re staying near Hommachi station. PS. Try the chicken bums if you dare 😂

      Tempura with a spicy twist... . Got some awesome jumbo crab . So made the Japanese with some changes to the original recipe. Clean and devine the crab....you can keep the tail and head if you like it. I keep the tail but remove the head. Slit along the dorsum and flatten the flesh. I added some chilly powder, turmeric powder and some lemon juice to increase the flavour. spices. some maida ( all purpose flour ) so that the batter sticks to the are fresh batter .
